Oh, yeah sure. But it would be weird to say: “I try to influence the rules, but I uphold them” it loses the soul of it. though if you would say: “I influence the rules, but matter what, I uphold them” it gets the soul back. Still beautiful.

PM answered this thread. https://pokemondb.net/pokebase/meta/64376/ In the answer, he said, "I don't see a problem with some location questions being asked".  
Even if we were interpreting the rule, the rule says, "Anything that can be easily looked up on PokemonDb should not be asked." The question asked for some information that was either missing or wrong on this site, so I don't think that counts as "easily looked up".
