We can send Fizz to hack into the servers, and then he can make a backup of the site, servers and databases, and then he can DESTROY IT and then boot it up at his house to make himself Super Admin. As for all the db headquarters thing, there is no literal headquarters, it’s a small website run by  single dude. The closest thing to a headquarters would be his home, and as I want to do it, storming pm’s house would probably cause more problems than solving em

Long answer: The website itself is probably run off a VPS (virtual private server), which is a virtual device that uses a small % of an actual physical server's resources to run. There's no headquarters in a literal sense.
It's hard to know much more because the site uses Cloudflare, which is a CDN (content delivery network) that sits between the user and where the site is "originally" hosted. CDNs distribute the content of the website to many places in the world so it can be served to you faster.

Short answer: Pokemaster pays a web hosting provider to serve the website, plus Cloudflare to make copies of it in many places to make it faster.
