Actually if you use a Pokemon with ability Mold Breaker or Teravolt then you can ignore Eelektross ability Levitate. Gastro Acid also disables the ability. Turboblaze also works.

Prankstar changes his name using a loose end in the way PokeBase is set up. If you don't have any posts in a given section, then you'll be able to change your name using your account settings in that section. You can't do it if you've already posted in each section.
It's not a deliberate feature, but we know people will find it accidentally and change their name. I don't bother policing it, but the other staff might disagree.

You don't need to worry about what I'll think of your votes, though. The site lets me check who is voting who, so I always know for sure if the votes are legitimate. I never have to guess anything, so you will be totally fine if you don't do anything you know you shouldn't.
