I'd answer but I haven't actually tested it, hence the asterisks when I said should.

I have a previously posted comment that *should* work, but I have no idea how easy it would be to pull off in Gen 7. An alternative is to Skill Swap Damp from Golduck onto a Pokemon that can explode, switch to Smeargle, and then pray it goes for Explosion, but that's more luck based.
