I do have to say I am learning a lot more and experimenting a lot with competitive but it's going steadily I'd say

I'm not familar with the gen 9 ag metagame

I doubt that GameFreak would strand the Watchog and Pan lines to XY, so yeah DLC is likely for them. I’m thinking it  might be related to XY, due to Xerneas/Yveltal/Zygarde not being in SV yet.
