Frog total points and my new Team Awesomeness Points are different, though. Here's how it works:

 a grunt is worth 1000 points, a commander is worth 2000, an executive is worth 3000, etc. Each member is worth what their rank is worth plus their Meta points times 3 (because it means they probably help out a lot), their Pokebase points times 2 (because its the one everyone has points on), and their RMT points times 1 (because nobody cares about RMT). Then, you add up what all out members are worth, and multiply the total by 1.1 for every registered user we have, 1.2 for every expert, 1.3 for every editor, and 1.4 for every mod, in that order. Then you divide it by 10^half the amount of digits it is and round to the nearest whole number, just to make it easier to process.

I'll calculate your Awesomeness Points that you contribute to our team right now. It's 40924 (plus the multiplication of 1.4 you'll provide to the total as a mod on the team) because your rank is worth 1000, your Meta points x3 is worth 14484, your Pokebase points x2 is 25,420, and your RMT points x1 is 20. That adds up to your score. Nice! Just gotta do 13 more members now!
