StarCraft is almost never on sale, probably because Blizzard is not on Steam or trying to compete with Steam. StarCraft is considered one of the best RTS of all time and one of the best competitive games of all time. I'd have to agree with that (although I've always been more a fan of the Age of... games). RTS with base-building are rare these days. Blizzard is pretty much all we have left.

The show with the best directing, best writing, and best acting on television is back. While we aren't learning how magnets work in this midseason opener, we do have the beginning of a game of cat and mouse. And Hank now realizes exactly what he is dealing with here. Also, the script for the best episode of Star Trek ever.

Metro 2033, Risen, and Sacred Citadel have been added to the Humble Bundle. Again, three games I haven't played. But I've heard 2033 is a very atmospheric linear shooter and that Risen is a decent RPG. Sacred Citadel isn't supposed to be very good though. But still, Saints Row 3+DLC, Risen 1&2, Sacred 2, Dead Island, and Metro 2033? All for $5? Pick it up people, if only just for Saint's Row 3, which I played and is just plain insane.

Expanded top movies to 20. Too many incredible animated movies that I can't believe I ignored.

They patched up that sort of game play you were mentioning in Civ 5. There were some holes that were filled and combat became much more entertaining. More combat strategy involved imo.
