Jokes aside though, I'd be interested in answering those questions, but I can't really find the time to do so. There's also the problem with older questions typically being unclear as for what they're asking for, and the people asking the question being inactive on the site.

Thanks! I just noticed it as one of the related questions for the question about not being able to see Entei in the National Dex, and decided to answer it. There's probably still a bunch of stuff I ended up missing out on.

I can't believe it took over a decade just for a non-properly answered question to at least be given a shot at being answered.

I never did really look into PokeAPI, though. I’ve been told that it’s extremely comprehensive, so it might have the information I was looking for.

I did try at one point, but it required a lot of manual cleanup afterwards, and then I realized I really needed information on encounter levels, too, which was just not feasible using the parsing techniques I was using. In any case, I stopped working on the project I needed it for, and I’m not sure if I have the time to start working on it again.
