You can't start any OU Drizzle team with Politoed! Well, it's a basic Defensive Politoed. EVs and nature give Politoed maximum physical walling capabilities. Scald is rain boosted STAB gives me a burn chance, furthering my defensive capabilities. Ice Beam screws Dragons and other Pokemon that have Ice weaknesses in the OU tier. Toxic may seem redundant with Scald, but it's mostly for walls, since burns deal constant damage. Protect helps me scout and get Lefties recovery and Toxic stalling.
Tornadus-T (M) @ Life Orb

I haven't used Tornadus-T is a fairly long time. After seeing it so many times when laddering on PO, I decided to make a rain team with it. EVs give Special Attacking power and some Physical power as well. You probably know about the Life Orb + Regenerator + U-turn combo. If not, it's abusing Life Orb, then U-turning to a Pokemon, recovering lost health. Hasty Nature is given to stop Genesect's Download from getting a Special Attack boost. Hurricane is STAB that doesn't miss in the rain. Plus, it offers a nifty 20% confusion chance, as well as dealing with Regenerator Amoonguss and Breloom, two threats to the team. Superpower smashes Tyranitar and nails the two annoying pink blobs known as Chansey and Blissey that think they are so good to take a Hurricane. U-turn allows me to scout and heal off Life Orb recoil with Regenerator. Sleep Talk may seem weird here, but it's not. It enables Tornadus-T to take Spore, countering Breloom and Amoonguss with Hurricane.
Jolteon (M) @ Choice Specs

Originally a Thundurus-T, who was removed due to a gaping Ice weakness, Jolteon was added to prevent a gaping Electric weakness to the team, using Volt Absorb. Choice Specs boosts its already good Special Attack stat, and raises it to a respectable 463 (I think) SAtk stat. EVs and nature are basic Special sweeping spreads. Thunder abuses rain well, STAB and never misses under the rain. The paralysis chance is also nice. Hidden Power [Ice] complements Thunder nicely, allowing me to form a makeshift BoltBeam combo. For those who don't know what BoltBeam is, it's a combination of an Electric move and Ice move, usually Thunderbolt and Ice Beam, that hits nearly unresisted, barring the Magnetmite family, Rotom-H/F, Shedinja, and Chinchou family. Shadow Ball is here to hit Ghosts and also Shedinja :P or Signal Beam, which hits Darks and Grass types as well. These moves are used due to Jolteon's lack of alternatives. Volt Switch allows me to scout, and is decent STAB.
Ferrothorn (F) @ Leftovers

Ferrothorn, originally a Forretress (after discovering that I had no reliable Rock resistance and not too much of a need of Rapid Spin) plays as my Special wall. I've never tried this set of EVs before, but it works really well under the rain. Fire Blast is doing way less than usual, even with the rain up. Anyway, back to the moves. Stealth Rock and Spikes are my hazards, being particularly useful for Dugtrio and Tornadus-T, and help land some crucial KO's when necessary. Leech Seed heals the Pokemon in my team that really need it, such as Dugtrio, as well as keeping Ferrothorn annoying. Power Whip is my STAB moves, and smacks Gastrodon, a somewhat big threat to the team.
Dugtrio (F) @ Choice Band

Dugtrio plays many different roles in my team, and very useful ones it plays. With blazing 120 base Speed, it has the ability to outspeed and pick off weakened Pokemon with the help of its ability, Arena Trap. Choice Banded Dugtrio sports a 388 Atk stat, which isn't too shabby. It serves as a revenge killer, weather killer (except for Hippowdon), as well as picking off weakened Pokemon from hazards and Toxic. Earthquake is STAB and destroys Tyranitar and Ninetales, with their sand and sun respectively. Stone Edge compliment Earthquake very nicely, making the EdgeQuake combination and murdering Ninetales and Abomasnow. Sucker Punch is priority used to pick off low health Pokemon, and Shadow Claw is used to nail Ghost Pokemon, especially Gengar.
Toxicroak (M) @ Black Sludge

EVs: 244 HP / 252 Atk / 12 Def

I realized soon after that Toxic Spikes were becoming a problem for me; they greatly reduced Politoed's and Dugtrio's longevity, which are both usually needed to win weather wars, if any. I searched around for a Pokemon that could solve the problem, as well as benefiting from the rain. Toxicroak was the clear answer. It removes Toxic Spikes and absorbs Toxic thanks to its Poison typing, and gets great healing in the rain through Dry Skin and Black Sludge. Anyway, back to the moves. Substitute is for subboosting, and allows me to absorb status thrown at me. Bulk Up beefs up my defense and attack, allowing me to sweep better and take physical moves like Earthquake well. Sucker Punch slaps Psychic Pokemon that try to knock him out with Psychic, and is good priority to pick off weakened foes. Drain Punch is STAB, and allows for me to heal even more, turning this frog a health whore indeed.
