Time to actually put Celebi EX to use. Besides Jirachi EX it may very well be the worst EX card. Hell, there are better EX cards from the Gen III EX sets than Celebi EX. However, it does have one use (well actually two, but this deck does not choose to take the lesser route of Flygon) and that is to make Charizard a viable card. With the might of Charizard backed with the support of Virizion and Reshiram, no deck will stand before the fury of this deck.
