Pokémon Rate My Team

So i have made some decent UU teams before and then some very crappy teams, this one has won all but 2 battles out of about 25 on Showdown and peaked 1677 in an hour.
Now I'm no Showdown expert but i know that's pretty good, 95th after an hour is an achievement for me.
Anyway its an offensive team with good synergy though it does have its flaws being no brilliant counter to Zoroak or +2 Honchkrow.
Apart from that there isnt much else you need to know about the team, but i think this will be one of the best teams I've ever made despite how bad it may look in your opinion.

Raikou @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Rash Nature
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Aura Sphere
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball

Deals with so many Pokemon as well as dealing great neutral damage.
It also counters Scarfgon and Blastoise/Milotic trying to take out my Gligar.
Earthquake and Earth power are not so much of a big deal as i can hit both main abusers very hard on the switch in with Ice Beam.
Ground is covered by Gligar and Flygon and Mew can take hits pretty well.
Priority is not a problem for this Pokemon as an Ice Shard from Weavile and Aqua Jet from Auzuramill are easy to take.
Raikou actually has some reasonable bulk and Sucker Punch is also not much a problem.
Shadow Ball kills Chandelure and Bronzong on the switch in also.

Chandelure @ Life Orb
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Mild Nature
- Energy Ball
- Flame Charge
- Flamethrower
- Shadow Ball

Chandelure is serving a different role to your standard set.
It is there to deal as much damage on switch ins.
Flame Charge may seem off but can finish off Pokemon like Roserade then set up a sweep.
Energy Ball hits Auzuramill, Swampert and Quagsire
I defiantly will be changing this set but i would like to keep the life orb for the maneuverability.
If i do swap Flame Charge which i probably will be, Hp fight seems a great replacement.
Chandy can screw over Pokemon paired with Snorlax, for an example your standard scarf set Darmanitan can not touch the two.

Flygon @ Choice Band
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Fire Punch
- U-turn

I have a scarf abuser already and i never find Scarfgon dealing enough damage.
Flygon is already pretty quick and if i max out speed and slap on a Choice Band i can deal some nice damage and really screw over Pokemon like Bronzong who i can U-turn out or Fire punch for a very reasonable amount of damage.
U-turn is for taking out Creselia on the switch in to avoid an Earthquake but it also deal a very nice amount of damage to any other Psychic types trying to set up such as Mew.
Dragon Claw is over Outrage and can be an effective for a late game sweep.

Gligar @ Eviolite
Trait: Immunity
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Impish Nature
- Toxic
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Stealth Rock

Before i saw Gligar in use on Pbs amazing stall team i would of never of considered using him especially with Blastoise being a popular spinner in UU.
But i realized when building the team maybe if i supported it with Chandy and Snorlax i would have no problem abusing him.
Smogon advises on Sand Veil but what use is that with sand being banned in UU on the po server (which is what i was intending on battling on).
Also sand veil is to predictable and what is the best way to take out Gligar when you have no Water or Ice coverage left?
You have no choice but to poison which is what many people so far have tried and failed.
This just solidifies Gligars chance of survival.
He sets up rocks which is very important for my team as Raikou and Flygon are brilliant at finishing off Pokemon after hazards.
Roost is recovery and a way to screw over Herracross.
Toxic is to stall pokemon out and take out the pokemon such as Mew and Cresselia that set up many boosts.
Gligars speed is respectable for its role and stage in evolution and is actually perfect for out speeding many other Pokemon such as Blastoise and Equake them when they are on low health.
Ice weakness is no biggy, Snorlax, Mew and Chandy take almost no damage from Ice types attacks

Mew @ Life Orb
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 Atk
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Drain Punch
- Sucker Punch
- Zen Headbutt

This set is pure genious.
The amount of damage +2 Mew can deal with this set is incredible.
Mew has time to set up and the bulk and if i do go low down a neutral Drain Punch is a very viable option and deals very nice damage after a Swords Dance.
Sucker Punch is Piratically a OHKO on everything after +2 :D and if they attempt to stall me out that gives me a chance to go +4 or Drain Punch for recovery.
Zen Headbutt is my stab and will deal neutral damage when Sucker Punch and Drain Punch are not brilliant ideas.

Snorlax @ Choice Band
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Return
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
- Pursuit

I have herd Pb mention Bandlax at least 7 times in the last 8 months I've been on chat :D
I would usually go for Curselax or RestTalk but as this is an offencive team why not try deal as much damage as possible.
He is possibly the best counter to Chandy thanks to amazing Sdef and Thick Fat.
Chandy has no choice but to switch, i can then OHKO with Pursuit.
Return deals brilliant neutral damage and Fire Punch Is a brilliant counter to Bronzong and Cobalion trying to wall me.
Earthquake is great coverage.

Rates are welcome, i would prefer you understand what your talking about and if possible no replacements, i love how it is already.
Comment with any minor suggestions or thoughts.

I don't think 2 Banded Pokemon is necessary. Also, make sure Raikou's IVs are 30 Atk / 30 Def so you can maintain HP Ice and outspeed all Scarfed base 100s.

Lovely team and I definitely support the use of banded flygon, it's one of my favourite sets to use in UU and it's on a lot of my teams ;) the team's solid already so most of my suggestions won't be vital but I see some things which could improve it anyway. uh let's go :>

Raikou

Well the first thing I see is that you're using rash to have access to Aura Sphere, while I would sometimes support this it means that your Raikou speed ties with scarf Mienshao which is never good. Aura Sphere doesn't really cover a lot, it will do nothing to snorlax / porygon2 & tbh there's not much else a STAB thunderbolt won't take care of. Shadow Ball is also a really odd choice on him, you say it nails Bronzong and Chandelure on the switch, but nobody switches Chandy into Raikou ( outsped and 2hko'd by tbolt ) and Bronzong takes neutral from it anyway.

Something that should be there but isn't, however, is Volt Switch. Possibly one of the best moves in the game, especially for a Choice user, it lets you pivot around and scout for switchins which is great. Go with Shadow Ball -> Volt Switch, and Extrasensory should be used over Aura Sphere since it hits Roserade and the Nidos harder while letting you use a Timid nature.

Chandelure

Cool set and very original, not sure how much it will work in practice and you say you want to change it so yeah. I'm gonna suggest a SubSplit set since you already have two potent Choicers.

Chandelure @ Life Orb
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid / Modest Nature
Substitute
Fire Blast
Shadow Ball
Pain Split

Obviously Snorlax still walls you, but it's not any worse than your previous set and at least behind a Substitute you can freely switch out from Pursuit, or even Pain Split to dent that massive HP stat. This set even takes advantage of residual damage from Life Orb, SR weakness, and Sub to abuse Pain Split easier. Flame Body might seem odd but I actually love using it now, lets you easily switch into random U-Turns and burn the fool :3 and one amazing thing about it is that Porygon2 no longer Traces your Flash Fire and walls you, so you can get surprise KOs. Your team isn't even weak to fire at all, so you won't be taking advantage of Flash Fire a lot. Fire Blast -> Flamethrower since you can usually afford to miss, but it's up to you I guess. The nature is based on preference, I don't really know which is better lol.

Flygon

Looking good, the only thing I would suggest is Outrage > Fire Punch, your Chandelure and Snorlax cover Bronzong and EQ hits all other things harder so it's pretty redundant. Outrage is really freaking powerful and in a lot of situations superior to Dragon Claw.

Also, after using Banded Flygon a lot, I think you're okay to go with an Adamant nature. You still outspeed the main lower speed tier of like Heracross and stuff, but what's notable about Adamant is that it lets you 2hko standard Rhyperior with Outrage, who's a common switch in to the scarf set. Up to you I guess.

Gligar

Sweet.

Mew

Well it's okay I guess, but since your team obviously struggles with Honchkrow, Bisharp and other Sucker Punchers, I have a lovely replacement for him... Swords Dance Heracross :D

Heracross @ Leftovers
Trait: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Nature: Jolly
Swords Dance
Close Combat
Megahorn
Stone Edge

Swords Dance Heracross is a really underrated set, it has amazing power and can single handedly break down stall teams with the combination of its amazing STABs and Guts. It can even lategame sweep when threats that can revenge it have been removed ( Aerial Ace Mienshao ._. ). Most importantly it provides you with a solid Honchkrow check, it outspeeds naturally and KOs 99% of the time, 100% when SR is up, with Stone Edge. It can even take a +2 Sucker Punch if you somehow let it get that many boosts. Honestly it's just amazing, usual counters to the more common Scarf set, like Gligar, Cofagrigus etc can do nothing to it while it boosts up in their face and 2hko's them.

Snorlax

I like it, but I've found that the CB set is too easy to set up on. For example, your opponent has SubCM Raikou out. You send in Snorlax since it's your only decent check, it hits you with Thunderbolt, you EQ and break its sub, it can then switch out to a flyer / levitator and force you out. With Leftovers, its damage output is still great, but the freedom to switch moves and the recovery at the end of each turn keeps it healthy and able to continuously come in and absorb special hits throughout the match. You can keep the same EV spread and moves obviously, but I've found Leftovers better in almost all situations.

Lol i'm done. That took a while -_- I tried to explain my thoughts thoroughly and whatever so sorry if I went on a bit :L a fun team to rate and I will definitely be stealing it lmao. Hope I helped.

This answer deserves an award.
So much detail, thanks a bunch.
Though I'm considering still using aura sphere  for Pokemon like cobalion.
I forgot about volt turn -__- lol

I'm probably not going to use heracross to avoid another ice weakness though you did mention bush arp that fits into the team pretty well giving me brilliant dark type coverage.
It also doesn't need the speed on most occasions thanks to sucker punch.
Heracross isn't weak to ice lol. & thunderbolt will hit cobalion for a lot, it doesn't have great sdef. Bisharp adds to your ground weakness although you could give it an air balloon to get up a sub easier.

Also I tested this team it's amazing :3
Is bug not weak to ice? :D lol Heracross it is then, ground doesn't worry me much thanks to Gligar.
Yeah this is probably the best uu team I've ever made some very crappy ones but 23/26 wins is pretty good
Heracross is also fighting so it negates the ice weakness.
Bug is weak to Flying, Fire, and Rock. in Gen I it was also weak to Poison. Bug resists Fighting, Grass, and Psychic. unless that Bug is named Heracross with a Fighting type weakness to Psychic canceling Bug type resistance. Bug has never been weak to Ice.
