I like (insert name/thing here)'s explaining system so i will use it:
Hippo
Needed a sand setter and i chose him over Tyranitar. Hes pretty darn bulky and with a few Curses set up he can sweep as well, hes also my Rocks guy.

HippoStar
I like starmie, and he works very well as a spinner, which i need seeing as i will probably be switching alot and dont want Hazards up everytime i switch. Standard set with Modest>Timid and Rapid Spin>Recover.

HippoStarFerro
With Starmie and Hippowdown i have no real counter to grass types, so i add him to come in on grass moves and probably get a toxic off.

HippoStarFerroReuniclus
Reuniclus is 1/2 of my main sweepers on my team. if you let him set up GG. Psyshock>Psychic mainly for blissey and chanseys but also if i get into a set up war with someone else's Calm Minder

HippoStarFerroReuniLando
My other half of the sweeper team. Let him get one or two Rock Polishes and he will wipe out your whole team.

HippoStarFerroReuniLandoStout
My revenge killer. Nuff Said

Big Ice weakness. And 1 Pokemon to resist.
Genesect love this team.
-____- never noticed it i was changeing Haxorus to Stountland with Sand Rush but i wasnt sure
yeah Mamoswine and Heatran would wreck this team as long as Starmie is toast.
Landrous,Hippodown, and even Haxorous can take out Heatran with a simple Earthquake
well TormenTran will win if it catches any on the switch with Torment unless Haxorus has Brick Break. Mamoswine still owns Haxorus, and Landorus. oh, and Hippowdon. if any one has both, likely an opposing Sand team, your team eats it. if they have Gastrodon you have no answers outside of Ferrothorn who Heatran decimates. obviously this is situational, but none of these Pokemon are uncommon sights on Sand teams.
Reuniclus is about the only thing not threatened by the GastroMamoRan combo.
Torment will only work if you use the same move twice in a row, ill OHKO with Earthquake
right, except it'll always have a Sub up. so you break the Sub with Torment, then next turn you can't use EQuake again, it Earth Powers you, than puts up another Sub, which Earthquake breaks, then he Earth Powers you again.... and so on. your strategy only works if A. yoi cab out speed Timid Heatran, and B. it doesn't already have a Sub.
Its not just going to pop up with a sub
btw, Keldeo with HP Ghost ruins your entire team :3
obviously it won't have a sub automatically Wack. it would need to set up. but if it did, you would be screwed.
Okay i come in on the sub then i hit with Earth Power, Then it torment, i can still Earth Power since i went first
Maybe Landorus, but Timid Heatran easily outspeeds Hippowdon. or after torment on Landorus or Haxorus they could always switch out and status you to allow Heatran to set up. i use Yawn on Hippowdon for just such occasions. as i said, this is a great team, very situational that you will face an opposing Sand team with Gastrodon, Mamoswine, and Heatran. but i use Heatran and Gastro, and i might add Mamo now haha just for such occasions.
Yay, you like my explaining system xD
Hey, I was first to use the teambuilding thing. :D
Oh my bad :3
Nuh uh, you used another format. This one is mine so I demand to give me credit!
Both of you took it fromSmogon; neither of you deserve the credit at all. Tellin' it hiw it is.
Bette everyone?

OK the main problems with the team have been pointed out and I'm giving you an importable copy of your team that i edited to work better.
There still is a notable ice weakness but that is delt with in the team.
I'll run you through what and why i changed each member after.

Hippowdon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Curse

EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Rapid Spin
- Scald
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam

Heatran (M) @ Air Balloon
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

Stoutland (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Return
- Superpower
- Crunch
- Wild Charge

Hippowdon
Obviously he needs to stay but currently your lacking recovery but if you replace rock slide your on a lack of offence.
So i added in Heatran as a solid stealth rock user.
The new Hippo set is very similar to yours just has better coverage and has means of reliable recovery.
Max SDef helps you sponge hits from Gensect and Politoed it also means there is no download boost for Gensect.
Atk isn't needed as much as the bulk on Hippo as you need to be able to suvive the duration of the battle to keep your weather up.

Starmie
I don't think i have changed anything.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Heatran
Suffering from a lack of rocks and Gensect i beleive.
Problem solved.
Heatran is brilliant at countering Gensect and forces a switch making rocks easy to set up or a hit on the switch in.
Hp grass is used over hp ice in this situation because ice coverage is already on this team where as grass isn't as used here.
Hp ice is a good option though maybe even the better option as thanks to evs and nature is great for taking out Adamant Dragonite.

Latios
Ruencluss just seems a bit slow on the team and is 2hkod by Terrakion who is also a small problem for the team.
Latios solves both these problems being capable of hitting way over 500 speed making Terrakion look rather meek.
Timid is to ensure out speeding scarfkion as well as out speeding non beneficial Venasuar in sun.
Draco Meteor is great for finishing off the below Half Hp pokemon.
Energy Ball hits Quag and Gastrodon who troll the team.
Thunderbolt is coverage against starmie and rain teams.

Landorus
With the addition of two new Special attackers there is no need for another.
This set works wonders and is great for finishing off late game having the opponent beleive you have scarf.
Smack Down? you may wonder why I'm using it over Stone Edge.
Well it is more reliable and hits everything on the switch in that levitates or more importantly Rotom-W.
I know its still not powerfull but you have to remember that you wouldn't be using it unless it's super effective.
Then it gets the expert belt boost and sand force boost actually making it rather powerfull (158 Base power on a super effective opponent in sand).
Hidden Power Ice is just nice coverage.
U-turn is superpowerfull with Expert Belt as so many pokemon in Ou are weak to Volt Turn.

Stoutland
The only thing wrong with your set is that Stoutland isn't to powerfull.
Don't get me wrong it can sweep entire teams but you have to remember it is receiving stab or using powerfull moves.
The dual fangs are weak and the coverage is already used on the team.
You are lacking Dark coverage though and Electric moves on this guy is always usefull so use that set.
Otherwise you will find it will not be hitting as hard as it lives up to here on the database.

Ok so yeah I hope this helps to some extent.
I know i will have screwed something up or missed something out along the way but the team looks pretty good.

You changed Starmies Ev spread from the Standard one thats the only thing you changed on starmie :P ill try out your suggestions and see how they work
you are also missing 4 EVs on Stoutland i just threw those into HP
Is not better Fire Fang over Ice Fang in Hippowdon? It cover two weakness: Grass- and Ice-type.
Ice types take more damage from Earthquake. And Ice Fang also hits Grass types for SE damage.
