Note: This team is no longer OU-legal, thanks to Landorus-Incarnate's ban.

Ocean Neon (Tentacruel) (M) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 64 SpA / 188 SpD
Bold Nature
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Scald
- Acid Spray

My lead. I gave up making him physically bulky, it just didn't work. I've tried it.
Toxic Spikes is my set up to support Gengar, and it generally hurts anything on the rest of the team (yayz). Rapid Spin is to spin away any hazards set by my opponents, which has come in handy. Scald is STAB, and can burn physical threats, which is pretty cool. Acid Spray lowers my opponents Special Defense, powering up Scald, forcing switches, or giving another one of my faster Pokemon a better chance to take something down.

Pokemon I've tried in his place:
None.

Other moves I've tried:
Muddy Water, Giga Drain, and Ice Beam.
_____

Blue (Latios) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Psyshock
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Draco Meteor

Latios is my power sweeper, and my tank breaker.
He outspeeds a handful of things -- nothing crazy, but some -- and he hits ridiculously hard, so most things can't take a hit from him. Psyshock is his STAB. With Blissey being common in OU, Psyshock lets him immediately OHKO Bliss. Thunderbolt and Ice Beam are like a package deal these days, providing excellent coverage of tons of types, meaning he can break through walls, tanks, and slower more bulky sweepers better with super effective coverage. Draco Meteor is his "I'm going to switch, or die from Life Orb recoil" move that lets him make a huge dent in whatever is trying to take his attack.

Pokemon I've tried in his place:
I tried Deoxys-S, and really didn't get very good results, he can run the same standard things, only better. His role in my team fit like a glove, better than Deoxys-S's role did.

Other moves I've tried:
None.

Smile (Gengar) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Venoshock
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]

My speedy sweeper, who can do quite a bit of damage. Venoshock gets support from Tentacruel, meaning it's going to do a LOT of damage to whatever it hits. Shadow Ball is his standard and reliable STAB, while Thunderbolt takes out Flying takes, namely the ones who can't be poisoned. Hidden Power [Fire] takes out Steel types, which are ridiculously common in OU. Gengar normally gets the longest running sweeps because he can stand alone for himself for a while.

Pokemon I've tried in his place:
I haven't, never had any problems with him.

Other moves I've tried:
Hex and Psychic.
__

Stash Power (Landorus) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Extrasensory
- Earth Power
- U-turn
- Focus Blast

My mixed sweeper. Focus Blast is able to take out Skarmory, and U-turn does a little over 50% to Blissey, meaning he can handle himself on both ends with those threats. Anyway, Extrasensory is his Sheer Force + Life Orb coverage, which works well against Fighting types that threaten with Ice Punch. Earth Power is hard-hitting STAB -- that's about the only way to sum it up. U-turn is for scouting, and hitting something like Blissey or Latias that walls out my special moves hard, while switching out to something that can handle them better. Focus Blast is coverage, and my sure-fire way to heavily damage Skarmory.

Pokemon I've tried in his place:
Gliscor.

Other moves I've tried:
I tried HP Fighting, it didn't work near as well as Focus Blast.
__

Smash Rave (Ferrothorn) (M) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 48 Def / 208 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Leech Seed
- Thunder Wave
- Power Whip
- Stealth Rock

This is my favorite Ferrothorn. Leech Seed gets me some great recovery, which is more and more necessary due to my Iron Barbs + Helmet troll combo. Thunder Wave slows down things that my sweepers can't outspeed, and more importantly things that don't get poisoned -- having my opponent's team all have status can really get to be a bummer for the average opponent. Power Whip is STAB and lets me escape Taunters. Stealth Rocks is for hazards, that way nothing gets by without having some kind of pain done to them.

Pokemon I've tried in his place:
None

Other moves I've tried:
I used Spikes for a while, but Levitaters and Flying types can be jerks about that. I also used a different EV spread and Nature that balanced out my defenses, and I actually found having that extra defense more useful. And last but not least, I had Leftovers instead of a Helmet for a while, but I like my Helmet better.
_____

Never losed (Houndoom) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Lonely Nature
- Pursuit
- Overheat
- Sucker Punch
- Reversal

Last but not least by any means... Houndoom!!!
Pursuit + Sucker Punch is both STAB attacks, that are deadly together. Sucker Punch can hit with maxed Attack before anything that thinks it can take me down has the chance to touch me, while Pursuit can hit anything that I force to switch out (Fire types mainly, but others too) for some hard damage. Overheat is his only special move. It's STAB, and Flash Fire boosts it up to make up for the lack of EVs invested. Reversal paired with the Life Orb will eventually do some good damage to my opponent. This dog is my favorite team member.

Pokemon I've tried in his place:
Infernape, Houndoom works better.

Other moves I've tried:
I had Thunder Fang instead of Sucker Punch for the longest time, but Sucker Punch just straight up worked better. Most of the Water types I was confronted with, could outspeed me (Starmie) or could take the hit with ease, and still KO me (Tentacruel and Jellicent). Sucker Punch ended up being the best option.

I'm open to anyone answering the team question, but I'd appreciate if you gave actual good suggestions, gave suggestions for at least half of the team, and not just nature changes, etc.

Comments are appreciated, and of course, up votes are too ;]

And if I said I tried something out, it's probably safe to say you shouldn't suggest it.

i'm going to say that everything but the ferrothorn and landorus sprites looks wierd!
I have also had Tyson's experience. This team absolutely Raped me.
@ J98 on Tentacruel: Scald? SCALD!?!?!?!?
Haha! I remember that!
And it was originally used ( Just like T-wave on Ferrothorn ) to give some kind of status condition to anything that wasn't screwed by T-spikes.
pretty nice team

Tentacruel is good, maybe go Surf/Hydro Pump over Scald so you can poison.. However, you could replace him with Scolipede, just to try out a different Pokemon.

Scolipede (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Quick Feet
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Toxic Spikes
- Megahorn
- Poison Jab/Spikes
- Earthquake

Then, you could replace Latios with Starmie, although, once again this change is not needed (although if you add Scolipede, I would add Starmie). If not, maybe go with Surf over Ice Beam. Take down Heatran with it. Not needed though.

Starmie @ Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Surf/Hydro Pump
- Psyshock
- Rapid Spin
- Ice Beam

Gengar: Instead of HP Fire, how about Focus Blast? Just a suggestion, for facing other gengar (who outspeed you by one point thanks to HP Fire). Focus Blast gets the always incredible Fighting/Ghost coverage. Also, Giga Drain could replace Thunderbolt to add some healing to the equation if you want.

Landorus: Give it Psychic.

For Ferrothorn, how about this spread:

Ferrothorn
EVs: 196 HP / 108 Def / 204 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)

You don't need the lowered Speed as you are not running Gyro Ball. So maybe you'll even outspeed them after you paralyze them. The EVs provide more Sp Def and still gives you a good Def. When the opponent sees you aren't running Leftovers, they'll know that Rugged Helmet is going to be your item. Then, they won't be so keen to attack Ferrothorn with Physical attacks. So then, focus on the special def.

Houndoom: I never liked it on your team. I would replace it with one of two Pokemon.

Bouffalant (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Sap Sipper
EVs: 64 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Def / 96 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stone Edge
- Pursuit
- Frustration
- Earthquake

Bouffalant is very powerful, plus it provides protection against Serperior.

Tyranitar (M) @ Focus Sash/Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 24 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Def / 56 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Pursuit
- Fire Punch
- Stone Edge
- Dragon Tail/Earthquake

This guy will do everything Houndoom can do, although I'd say he could do it better. Even though it has Sand Stream, my experience has been that it will help even when your team isn't designed as a Sand team. That Sp Def boost to Tyranitar is just one thing. It is also very helpful to destroy all the Sashes on your opponents team. Tentacruel can negate damage thanks to Black Sludge, and with Toxic Spikes up, the foe will take good damage, even if you only have one layer up. Gengar will fall no matter how much residual damage it takes, it can't take a hit well anyways. Ferrothorn is immune. And Landorus, well Landorus with Sand up is helpful even if not running Sand Power. The opponent will think you are and as such they will be less likely to think it is a Special Landorus. They'll be more likely to send out their Skarmory, only to fall to Focus Blast.

Oh, and don't worry about low Speed. Its not like it's replacing a fast Pokemon. Houndoom is of below average Speed, so won't be outspeeding much in OU.

I hope this is up to your standards.

Just keep in mind, I'm only suggesting you TEST out Scolipede and Starmie. For the case of Houndoom, I would greatly recommend a switch.
Tested, they epic failed.
Definitely sticking to Tenta and friends.

Landorus can learn Psychic? Fail on my part xD

I'll try out Focus Blast on Gengar, mostly because that slot was for steel types anyway, but I'm going to keep Thunderbolt for flying types.

Haha, I WAS running Gyro Ball, didn't notice I still had lowered speed.

I had a few problems with Tyranitar, namely the fact that Latios and Gengar died off ridiculously fast due to the sand, Stealth Rocks that I couldn't get away breaking his sash, and Conkeldurr making a joke of him when holding Leftovers.

So I'm going to try out Bouffa.

Answer is fine to my standards, I like good suggestions, and most of these were pretty nice suggestions, I'll try them out.
Too bad about T-Tar, I thought it would be very helful. But maybe it still can be.

Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Unnerve
EVs: 76 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Def
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Pursuit
- Stone Edge
- Fire Blast
- Dragon Tail/Earthquake

Sure it has a poor ability that will see almost no use, but the main point of Tyranitar is that awesome power. This thing hits incredibly hard, much harder than that weak Houndoom. Also, ignore Conkeldurr in this, as Tyranitar is replacing a Pokemon who also easily falls to Conkeldurr.
Honestly, I tried out Tyranitar with both abilities now, and I'm missing my Houndoom. Stab Overheat, being able to suck up fire moves to make his Overheat more powerful, Stab Pursuit hits harder than Bouffa can with his low power pursuit. Really, Houndoom still performs better than both of the pokemon you suggested. And just saying, I also generally like Houndoom.
