I decided to make an OU Team that has no weather involvement what so ever. The core that came to mind when making this Team was Snorlax+Gliscor, and add Tentacruel in to add a Tri-Core, plus I needed a Water resist. With Genesects banishment to Ubers, I replaced it with a Scizor, and since I now needed a viable SAtker, I made Kyurem-B into a soecial behemoth. Turboblaze may as well make Kyurem-S go way more underused than it is already. Also, running a U-Turn core with the Scizor and Rotom-W. Anywho, the Team arrives:

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 184 Def / 72 Spd
Impish Nature
- Protect
- Substitute
- Earthquake
- Baton Pass

Snorlax @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 188 HP / 104 Def / 216 SDef
Careful Nature
- Curse
- Body Slam
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Trait: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 HP / 236 Def / 20 Spd
Bold Nature

- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin

Scizor @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Pursuit

Kyurem-Black @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Teravolt
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature

Has Genesect actually gone to Ubers? has suspect testing finished? Either way you have pretty solid synergy with the main threats covered though a leech seeder such as Ferrothorn can stall this whole team if it can break the subs. But appart from Gliscor and Scizor the team suffers to it.
Without making any replacments here your best bet would be to run Hp Fire on Kyurem. You may find it more useful in time to come as Scizors usage will fluctuate if genesect has gone. Both Scizor and Ferrothorn are solid counters/switch ins to Kyurem. So a hpFire on the switch in may not be such a bad idea. Afterall no one wants to take an Outrage from this guy.
Yes, the suspect testing finished, I brought the bad news to the DB.
HP Fire seens to be a very promising replacement. I'll definitely consider it.
