Ok, Mental Herb on Flygon.... There is absolutely NO reason for it, as he will never be taunted. Lefties on Azumarill is ok, Custap Berry on Shaymin isn't the best thing as there are much better options, Snorlax set is just awful, Fist Plate on Mew is useless as it boosts only the power of one move and LO is better, and Metronome should never be used in competitive, your Victini set is not the best at all, and while Absorb Bulb can cause a surprise effect, it isn't all that good.
