This is my best yet. :)

Ninjask (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 HP, 4 Atk, 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
Swords Dance
Baton Pass

Even though this guys in a lower Tier (I think), I use this for the ultimate Baton Pass to Kyurem-Black. He'll use Protect for an extra Speed Boost, and when the opponent tries to hit 'im next turn, he hangs on and uses Swords Dance. Then he Baton Passes to Kyurem-Black for ultimate sweeping.

Kyurem-Black (X) @ Choice Band
Trait: Teravolt
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
Zen Headbutt
Fusion Bolt
Dragon Tail

Like I said before, after Ninjask's strategy is complete, this guy's the ultimate physical sweeper. Dragon Tail is for the annoying phaze, Outrage is for complete pwnage agains almost everything except Heatran, Zen Headbutt is for coverage, and Fusion Bolt is for more. Noone can survive!

Espeon (F) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Magic Bounce
EVs: 4 HP, 252 SpAtk, 252 Spe
Timid Nature
Shadow Ball
Calm Mind

This one's my special sweeper. Once a Substitute's up, she'll Calm Mind until she either can't or the Substitute fades, then sweeps. Psychic is a strong STAB, and Shadow Ball is for coverage.

Hydreigon (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP, 252 SpAtk, 252 Spe
Bashful Nature
Dark Pulse
Dragon Pulse
Fire Blast

I felt that Draco Meteor would ruin the sweep, so I chose Dragon Pulse over it. This guy needs no setup, he just fires away at anything. Fire Blast gets rid of Steels, like Forretress, Dark Pulse and Dragon Pulse are great STABs. U-turn is for getting away from something bad.

Gliscor (M) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP, 184 Def, 72 Spe
Impish Nature
Fire Fang

A great physical sweeper, along with an excellent ability, makes Gliscor (Or maybe some would prefer Gliscurr) an excellent addition to any OU. Sheesh, I sound like an advertizer for Serebii. XD Anyway, Protect and Toxic are for stalling, Earthquake is a great STAB move, and Fire Fang is for the Ice-types.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP, 252 SpAtk, 4 SpDef
Modest Nature
Charge Beam
Ice Beam

Listen, before you run into your room, screaming into your pillow, "SS IS SO STUPID!!!" hear me out. Blissey uses Charge Beam to get that Special Attack up. Because of Serene Grace, it'll always raise it. Ice Beam is for the Dragons that seem unstoppable (believe me, a dude misclicked when this was facin' a Dragonite, and I didn't even use one Charge Beam, and it still KO'ed it on the spot!). Aromatherapy is for Status, and Softboiled is to heal.

Well, hope you like the team. Do a good job! :D

sashes and no spinners

your team is invalid
The problem is, with Ninjask, after it BPs, Kyurem-B is hit on the switch-in. And Pokemon like Scizor can make mincemeat of Kyurem-B. I know because I've tried that strategy in Ubers before... it doesn't work.
Weather ruins the set-up -_-
Why your Kyurem-B have Dragon Tail? The baton passed speed boost will be useless...
Espeon with Focus Sash and Substitute is useless. You're cutting your own HP and making your item useless.

I'll try my best fixing this team although it looks pretty
good and creative which I like :)

Since you have baton-pass on Ninjask, Dragontail on Kyurem-B is kinda useless so replace that for Focus Blast~. It's also choice banded so go for Jolly nature to get some speed in the battle.

Espeon- Leftovers
Trait- Magic Bounce
Evs- 4 HP/ 252 SpAtk./ 252 Speed/
°Calm Mind
°Shadow Ball
Leftovers will heal your sub. damage.

I'll replace Hydreigon for Forretress since you need a decent rapid spinner that can take stealth rocks damage and wall Scizor with it high defense.
Forretress- Leftovers
Trait- Sturdy
Evs- 252 HP/ 252 Def./ 4 SpD/
°Rapid Spin
°Toxic spikes
°Volt Switch/Gyro Ball

Blissey needs changing-
Blissey- Leftovers
Trait- Natural Cure
Evs- 252 HP/ 4 Def./ 252 SpD/
°Stealth rocks

So I try my best to fix some errors on this team. Hope this help :)
