You might want to run Unbruden on Hitmonlee, NeverMeltIce is severely outclassed by Lefties on Cryo, you have 2 Shadow Balls on Glaceon, and you have a HUGE weakness to Stealth Rock. But Idk crap about Hail or RU so I can't really talk.
I suggest a CB / SubSeed set on your Snover. Good team :]
Okay, first mistake to adress is the over-emphasis of abusing the Weather; what you need to focus on is supporting Glaceon's sweep.

Glaceon: Scarf>Specs, she naturally will score 0HKOes with dat OP Blizzard, while Frost Breath<Shadow Ball. 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd, (+Spd, -Atk)

Replace Regice with a Pokemon of your choice, it adds to the gaping Rock and SR weakness of the team. Would personally suggest Nidoqueen for the SR Utility.

Heatnor: It appears to be performing multiple Roles that it falls fkat at succeeding in even one. With only one attacking move, it certainly has no offensive prowess, mediocre if not slow Speed doesn't make a great Stall Breaker, while Toxic seems to be just thrown on there. The team is already weak to Steel, so let's use a Pokemon that can cover both the Steel and Fire weakness shall we?

Liech'tei (Entei) @ Liechi Berry
Trait: Pressure
252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
(+Atk, -SAtk)
- Flare Blitz
- Stone Edge
-Hidden Power Grass
- ExtremeSpeed
My personal Sled Dog under the Snow, Liech'tei. He works so well sweeping up a weakned team, rivaling Glaceon for the job. The strategy of this set is to fearlessly puah Entei within 25% of his Health to trigger Liechi Berry's effect, boosting +1 Atk, and sweep mercilessly with ExtremeSpeed. Flare Blitz is the Best STAB there is for Entei, pushing the HP down to the Liechi Berry, while HP Grass removes Quagsire and SE is for coverage.
^ Nidoqueen is UU now. so I don't think you can use it anymore. But eerything else seems great there xD
Oh lol finally. She deserves it.
