Welcome to the pokebase
Welcome to the site, LAB. I hope I can help you with your team with the following tips.
First of all, what people don't always realize that in Sandstorm, not all pokemon need to be immune to it. In fact, a Pokemon with Leftovers will heal off the damage perfectly. Because you have many immunities, you also have a massive Fighting Type weakness. I suggest replacing one of your pokemon, unless the next 2 can make up for it.

Aside from that, this is very good for a first team, the EVs and Movesets seem to be alright, although i would replace Stealth Rock on Terrakion with Substitute, and Maybe Rock Polish for Swords Dance.

I wish you luck!
You definately need a bulky water type counter. You also are quite weak to ground types and fighting types. As such, you may want to consider replacing certain team members with similar pokemon that provide resistances to these types, and the other two pokemon should also handle these types. One suggestion ill make is to run Skarmory over registeel, as it is immune to ground and destroys fighting types with its STAB flying moves.
Add some time of special attacker or you can get walled by something like skarmory or gliscor.
I'd make the Tyranitar forget Pursuit.  Even if the opponent switches out, it still does only 80 damage.  Also i'd replace Garchomp's Fire Fang with Stone Edge. Those are the only things I would change.  Good movesets, though. Hope I helped you.
Ev not so sure I will skip that. If infernape or swaperpard come you way your your done .  I don t like sandstorms teams. I don t think this team could stand battle  the battle subway or wi fi battles I would start fresh.
