Your team seems extremely defensive. I don't say this often, but feel free to give yourself another all-out attacker. I suggest maybe giving Claydol Rapid spin and switching your Hitmontop for Mienshao, Reckless, w/life orb.
The first thing I've noticed is that this team focuses too much on setting up. In fact 1/3 of your Pokemon's items are there to assist those moves, which is possibly one reason why your team is struggling to win. The second thing it that the team lacks a good wallbreaker; your team is extremely defensive, and the whole point of defensive Pokemon is to tank hits for Pokemon that can't take them and hopefully force out or cripple a threatening Pokemon. Kingdra and Hitmontop are both currently physical, and any wall that can deal with those two will give you serious problems. They both share a 95 Attack, which lacks the fire power to break through common walls like Amoonguss, Slowbro, Bronzong, and one of this team's most reliable checks, Sableye. Your team is just walled far too easily. This means that once those to go down, your team is virtually a bunch of Pokemon that have attacking moves but won't be doing much since you aren't giving them enough EVs to actually deal damage (excluding Claydol, but he just a suicide screener). I applaud your originality though, Choice Band Kingdra is pretty uncommon (as is Kingdra itself, at least when I'm laddering), and your Claydol set is interesting too.

Slowbro misses its Leftovers and recovery in Slack Off purely because you want to set up rain for Kingdra. A good player would predict the switch-in and counter Kingdra with something that can wall it, wasting many turns. Kingdra is better off setting Rain Dance itself, so you can switch into something, force it out and get a free Rain Dance from it. This means forfeiting the Choice Band, but that shouldn't be a problem. Also, Flail is really not helping; STAB Waterfall in the rain is more powerful generally as Kingdra won't usually be having under 10% health without being forced out by something. And with Rocks up, you won't see another switch-in. So Flail is a good move to remove to make room for Rain Dance.

Also, Focus Sash on Roserade with EVs like that is a pretty weird choice. The only thing it is doing is guaranteeing a layer of TSpikes, which it probably would have got even without the Sash. Roserade wants its Lefties.

Just a few things I suggest changing. Your team just needs more offensive Pokemon, and most importantly a Special attacking Pokemon. Slowbro, Bronzong and Sableye wall and stop this team with ease.
Keep your Roserade's EVs, and switch Focus Sash for Leftovers. I would say Giga Drain > Leaf Storm(maybe).
Right, because Black Sludge sucks on a poison type like Roserade :P
LOL, sorry, forgot.
I love the way you said that DF :D
Mach Punch > Bullet Punch on Hitmontop because it is STAB. You could possibly do Sucker Punch > Triple Kick to hit Psychic types with priority.
Thanks for the comments everyone.
I've taken each of the advice into consideration, and will try it on PO or PS when im free.

By the way, I use Triple Kick because I need it to break sub, i hate sub =(

Your EV spread is kind of messed up, and I want to start by saying a full adamant nature'd Claydol with only Explosion as a move is not a good idea. Change those EV's to a more defensive spread, something along the lines of: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Atk <- A specially defensive set. (Or a defensive set if you prefer)
I won't really see something wrong with the moves, but use EQ over Explosion. EQ can hit Chandelure, which won't be doing much to a maxed out SpD Claydol, and Raikou, which won't be doing much either. EQ can also break their subs, given taht they use a CM set and not something else.

Ok, the item is not what it should be. Life Orb means that you will take extra damage, especially on a Pokemon that I would rather be a defensive spinning set. Life Orb racks up the Rapid Spin damage, plus the hazards because if you are here it's probably to spin away hazards. Go with leftovers, and a set like this: Toxic, Mach Punch (Technician)/Close Combat (Intimidate) Triple Kick (To break subs, ok, reasonable). And change those Atk EV's to HP. (A little bit of Attack won't hurt, though)
___

Slowbro enter image description here

Setting up Rain? Not a good idea. Why? A player can easily see the Kingdra, and once you set up Rain it's way to obvious you are going to switch to Kingdra. You also lack recovery. Slack Off would be a great way to counter this, along with Thunder Wave to screw sweepers. EV's are also messed up, Slowbro is a great counter to Defensive Pokemon, not Special Defensive ones. 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SpA is great. Or because you lack a good specially attacking Pokemon, I would suggest a Specs set.

Slowbro @ Choice Specs
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Def
Modest Nature
- Psyshock
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Trick/Hidden Power of your choice

This means you can hit hard and surprisingly, most people will not suspect a Specs set.

Kingdra enter image description here

Band? Well now that I have taken out Slowbro's ability to set up Rain, Kingdra has to do it. A Life Orb set in the Rain would be a great set, because not only does it's speed get doubled, outspeeding everything except the fastest Pokemon in the tier scarfed, Kingdra is a monster. A set like Outrage, Waterfall, Dragon Dance (Perfect set up time when you force an opponent out) and Rest. Speaking of Rest, RestChesto is ok too, but because a cleric (Roserade) has Aromaterapy, I would go with LO.
____

Confagrigus enter image description here

You have no counter to ghost type moves. None. And that's problem because Nasty Plot Mismagius owns you. Because of this, I suggest a Dark type Pokemon. Here are some great counters to ghoties:

Cobalion @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Justified
EVs: 4 SpA / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Close Combat
- Iron Head
- Volt Switch
- Zen Headbutt/X-Scizzor

Houndoom @ Life Orb
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Fire Blast/Flamethrower
- Sucker Punch
- Hidden Power [Ice]/Any Hidden Power

Others include:
Sharpedo
Scrafty
Krookodile
Honchkrow

_____

Roserade enter image description here

First of all, change the item to Black Sludge. I would also put Aromatherapy on there, to act as a cleric. Replace Toxic Spikes. Also, make the EV spread something along the lines of: 252 HP / 200 SpD / 56 SpA. Oh, and use Giga Drain> Leaf Storm. Other than that, this is great!

Good luck with the team, and most importantly have fun with it!

Also noted that Claydol can also Spin, so Top can be used as a Technician Sweeper instead.
Wow, u point out exactly the reason why my team losses always.
I would like to see how houndoom works in my team, thanks in advance!
