Gen Four
Pokemon Diamond/Pearl
So far with 14 wins and 1 loss, I feel like the team is doing pretty well. Despite that being the case, I'm sure things will get tougher down the road so I hope you guys can point out weaknesses or flaws that you see and help me fix or improve it.

What would be better alternatives for EV distributions, Natures, Held items, movesets, or even Pokemon choices? I'm open to any advice and suggestions since I want to improve. Thanks in advance!

Infernape is a huge threat to your team. It hits Skarm, Metagross and Heracross with an Overheat or Fire Blast, and can hit Lucario and Blissey with Close Combat. Gengar takes neutral or no damage from it's STABs but it doesn't have very good defenses.
I think a scarf Terrakion would be better than Heracross, I know it gives you a ground weakness, but it also gives you a solid scarfer and great check to Mamoswine.
@★ϟJarJarϟ★ That's a very good point. I've just been lucky I haven't had to face an Infernape, yet. What would you suggest to fix this weakness?

@Flare I strongly agree with that, but sadly, I'm unable to expand that far since I'm trapped in Gen Four Diamond.
Oh that sucks :/
You could try switching Gengar into Jellicent which helps lower the Infernape threat. And then something else for Heracross. I'll think on it, see what I can find.
@Master Kijani Isn't Jellicent in Gen Five though? :/
oh darn so it is, sorry totally forgot about that.
@Master Kijani No problem. You still tried to help.
Latias is a decent check/counter to infernape. I really like the CM set.

Latias @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Roost
- Dragon Pulse
- Psyshock/Hidden Power Fire
Slowbro is also a decent answer to infernape. Really the problem lies in that you have three fire weaknesses. Dragonite could replace metagross as your bulky bander, as it can bypass infernape's ice/rock coverage with extreme speed, which will likely take down the frail monkey, while resisting its fighting and fire stab.
Excellent suggestions! I will try out both Latias and Dragonite to see whether or not they improve overall team performance. Thanks again @★ϟJarJarϟ★  and themadradlilypad!
gengars hidden power should be a dragon type
incredible team oyznehsty!
firstly  the inly improvement for metagross might be changing bullet punch with zen headbutt and giving it a wide lens.
wide lens is for sale at the coin prize exchange for 1000 coins.

bliss skarm combo, i heard it was good.
seismic toss is good, but flamthrower is good for coverage. (lucario with aura sphere)
leftovers are perfect.
your only trouble with those two would be a well bred infernape.
lucario
no suggestions can be given at this moment in time, satisfactry strength.

gengar is good but not sure about substitute without healing, mayby energy ball to add more coverage to a sweeper like desine.

heracross=good
sleep talk for dream eaters and megahorn for phychics in general while adding grass and dark.
close combat for an extreme amount of coverage including rock, steel, ice, normal and more not to mention more moves against dark.

stone edge=perfect! its biggest weakness being flying (*4) allows you to (if your fast enough) one shot a bird like it was nothing and cause your opponent to rage quit.
altogether an excellent team.
after moves natures and effort values however, there is still one thing you can do however.
ivs or individual values are an exellent way to keep training the best of the best in terms of stats.
simply get the same natured pokemon with the same speicies and check its  iv discription (it comes as a sentence down the bottem that states somthing like 'proud of its power') if they are in the same and desired stat group (dicription in the iv section of game mechanics of this pokebase website) in the end,the lv 50 or 100 pokemon  with the same ev traing might have different stats, you can pick your best/fav stated pokemon and make more breeds aganst it.
be aware, however, hidden power is based on ivs, so training might be a little bit harder.
