HP Dragon o_O
I chose HP Dragon cause it's only not very effective to 1 type, the steel type.
1. HP Ice has better coverage
2. 60 Special Attack
3. Access to Night Shade
1. Ok, I'll try that
2. Nah, it's a tank that kills by either will-o-wisp or destiny bond
3. It doesn't affect normal types
Lol. I guarantee you that Night Shade will help you more, because of the steady 100 damage, something that HP ice will fail to do on many occasions.

Here's just some tips i think would be useful, since i actually use some of the pokemon highlighted on my team, and they work wonders.
First, meinshao looks great, i wouldn't worry about that because if its your leader its got u-turn if the type matchup is bad, and its also got great speed.
For metagross, i would suggest ice punch, simply because of the amount of dragons in competitive use in ou currently. Ice punch is also a physical move, so it will be better with metagross' stats if you invest all evs into attack.
Hmm, i used to use mamoswine, and it was fantastic at sweeping dragons and taking hits. However, its terrible speed really lets it down. Therefore, go for a priority move like ice shard, it can really help in some situations, believe me! Keep earthquake, and stealthrock, its always useful to have. If i were you, i would get rid of stonedge, the only thing its covering for is fire, and you can always switch to houndoom. Then keep avalanche, its better for revenge killing and is lie the ice form of payback.
Togekiss, again, a fantastic pokemon, and one i'm currently using. Air slash is great, i think i might add kings rock to mine actually, thats good thinking! Aurasphere i great coverage, and for that reason, i wouldn't bother with water pulse. Its not a very powerful move, and doesn't really offer any coverage to togekiss that aurasphere and airslash can't handle. I would keep them as your only attacking moves, i just use them and i can regularly sweep teams. Here's why: I tend to use nasty plot if i know my opponent is going to switch out, and this drastically makes togekiss a better sweeper. So nasty plot it is then. I also use roost on my togekiss, for healing him so its doesn't lose momentum. But i can see the usefulnesss of thinderwave, although i'll say a few things about ampharos that might change your mind.
As for houndoom, he's very similar stat wise to typhlosion, my main special sweeper. This is a genious way i use typhlosion, and you can use houndoom, to counter water types. First give it a good, reliable stab move: flamethrower is exactly what i have on typhlosion. Then, give it sunny day. Next, solarbeam. What this allows you to do is if a water type switches into your houndoom, you can use sunny day. This means you only take half the damage from the water type attack, and then you can instantly use solarbeam to your hearts content, and with 120 base power and houndoom's massive special attack stat, makes a great coverage move, Also, it can take down other types that threaten houndoom: ground, rock etc. Then for the last move i would either use nasty plot or darkpulse. I think darkpulse because its gives you more coverage, although if you're certain that houndoom can sweep on flamethrower and solar beam in sunny day (since flamethrower gets a boost in sun) then nasty plot could be a good set up move. However i would use dark pulse because it might take too long for houndoom to set up, and its a stab it really needs.
Finally, ampharos, another pokemon i use currently. I use ampharos as a kind of annoyer/ sweeper. I would swap discharge for thunderbolt, its also got a chance of paralysis and has much greater power, which you're going to need if you want any chance of sweeping. I also use signal beam, great coverage, but i wouldn't go for power gem, it just doesn't need all those moves. Instead i would use confuse ray: this has 100% chance to confuse and really annoys, and combined with static can really make you opponent pissed off. If you want a better chance of paralysis use thunder wave too, although thunderbolt and static usually work for me. The last move is up to you, cotton guard sounds good for earthquake, although i use healbell so i can restore any status probelems on my team e.g toxic, burn. You could also give it hiddenpowe maybe, this last move is up to you, but bear in mind you've other pokemon to switch into, thats the idea of a team!
Hope this helped, spent a bit of time doing it so let me know what you think. Check out my team and rate it at: http://pokemondb.net/pokebase/rmt/24535/could-anyone-please-competitive-game-please-based-ethans-team?show=24535#q24535

-I wouldn't use Acrobatics on Mienshao. I get that the Flying Gem Acro combo is popular/ in vogue or whatever right now, but it's not STAB, Mienshao could use a permanent item, e.g. Life Orb, and also Fake Out. It's a good move that can allow you to see what your opponent is holding (Toxic/ Flame Orb, Leftovers etc.)
-Give Metagross Bullet Punch instead of Earthquake. Mamoswine already has that.
-Mamoswine NEEDS Ice Shard. It's +1 priority and STAB.
-Houndoom would be better if you bred Sucker Punch on it (another +1 STAB), but give it Nasty Plot instead. Dark Pulse and Shadow Ball cover the same thing.
-Replace Ampharos with Jolteon. More useful ability that negates Thunder Wave, and much faster with higher sp. atk.

Mienshao @ Life Orb
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Adamant/ Jolly
- Fake Out
- Hi-Jump Kick
- Stone Edge
- U-Turn

Standard Mienshao set, not much to say.

Metagross @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 164 HP, 252 Atk, 92 Speed
Nature: Adamant
- Meteor Mash
- Bullet Punch
- Zen Headbutt
- Ice/ Thunder Punch

Ice or Thunder Punch, doesn't really matter. Either Skarmory of Gliscor will wall you, whichever you choose. You already have Ice types with Mamoswine & Electric types with Jolteon.

Mamoswine @ Life Orb
Ability: Oblivious (Thick Fat would be better, but you don't have Dream World, and Hidden Grotto chances are slim)
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
- Ice Shard
- Icicle Crash
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock/ Super Power

Stealth Rock for some hazards or Super Power for coverage, your choice. Thick fat would be a better ability, because then Mamoswine would be taking fire damage at x1 and Ice at x1/2.

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 248 HP, 216 Def, 44 Speed
Nature: Bold
- Roost
- Thunder Wave
- Air Slash
- Heal Bell/ Aura Sphere

This is the wall set. Heal Bell to cure status and continue paraflinching, or Aura Sphere to cover Rock & Steel types.

Houndoom @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Modest/ Hasty (for Sucker Punch)
- Flamethrower
- Dark Pulse
- HP Grass
- Nasty Plot (Sucker Punch would be better)

Jolteon @ Air Balloon/ Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Timid/ Modest
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball/ Signal Beam
- HP Ice

Problems
- 2 Stealth Rock weaknesses and no spinner
- 3 Ground weaknesses
- 2 Fighting weaknesses
- 2 Water weaknesses

Suggestions

Jellicent @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Aborb
EVs: 244 HP, 216 Def, 44 Speed
Nature: Bold
- Recover
- Will-O-Wisp
- Scald
- Taunt/ Shadow Ball

Jellicent will be your wall for Water and Fighting weaknesses. It's got great typing, an ability that makes Water moves x0 and a reliable recovery method.

Hitmontop @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Speed
Nature: Impish
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic
- Close Combat
- Foresight/ Stone Edge

I think Hitmontop will be a good option for your team, despite adding another Flying & Psychic weakness (which Metagross can wall anyway). Foresight isn't as useless, because you can hit spin blockers like Sableye with that move.

I would suggest you replace either Houndoom or Jolteon with one of these two.

I think you missed the update...
Oh I did. I was typing when it happened.
Well, my suggestions still stand. I wouldn't use Blaistoise though. Just personal preference.
