Yeah.... chaos is a good representation :P
First off, Gliscor. Thunder Fang and Ice Fang. I mean wut. Gliscor is a premium Defensive wall, not sure why you would get rid of that. Even if you wanted to run an offensive set, Acrobatics + Earthquake is basically a must.
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Posion Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 40 Def / 224 Spe
Impish Nature
~ Substitute
~ Toxic
~ Protect
~ Earthquake
Sub-Toxic Gliscor. Toxic is it's way of doing meaningful damage, with Earthquake (STAB) as backup against Steel types. Protect basically gives you a free Toxic Orb activation, and combined with Substitute & a 12.5% hp recovery in Poison Heal, means that you heal back all damage taken from Substitute. Protect is also nice and stally =)
Conkeldurr is mostly fine. But racking up damage from Flame Orb while setting up isn't exactly the greatest idea ever (even with Drain Punch, you're running the risk of getting KOed while being weakened by Flame Orb), so running Flame Orb would require an all out attacking set in my opinion.
Conkeldurr @ Leftovers
Trait: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
~ Bulk Up
~ Drain Punch
~ Mach Punch
~ Ice Punch
Yeah I understand why you want to use Facade, but quite simply, Conkeldurr needs Mach Punch and Drain Punch (priority and healing). This leaves you with one moveslot left, and Ice Punch would be my pick to beat the Dragon types/Flying types out there. Payback is always an option as well, to nail Ghost Types. Changed the EVs a bit, but I don't see what's too bad about yours. You can also run Iron First > Guts for the boost on all his moves, but Guts allows you to absorb Status. However since you have Reuniclus below I suppose you can forgoe that :P
Blissey. Premium special wall, wish passer bla bla bla. But not exactly the greatest special attacker of all time.
Blissey @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
~ Stealth Rock
~ Softboiled
~ Seismic Toss / Flamethrower
~ Toxic
Stealth Rock in place of Gliscor, Softboiled for healing and causing damage with Toxic. Seismic Toss or Flamethrower depends, since Blissey has acceptable SpA, so Flamethrower can be used to hit steel types/pokemon which are annoying as like Ferrothorn. However Seismic Toss gives more consistent damage overall. EVs are to give Blissey some chance agaisnt physical attackers, maxing out special defense, and it's HP is high enough anyway xD. You could always change this to Chansey, because of Eviolite it takes Physical attacks better.
Reuniclus. Not sure about choice specs on it =/
Reuniclus @ Life Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs : 192 HP / 64 Def / 252 SpA
IVs: 0 Speed
Quiet Nature
~ Trick Room
~ Psychic
~ Focus Blast
~ Shadow Ball
I'm not a particular fan of trick room, but looking at your team Scizor, Conkeldurr, Reuniclus and Blissey are all quite slow. Take advantage of this fact, and run an offensive Trick Room with Reuniclus. Base 125 SpA is enough to do some real damage, and even if Reuniclus dies an untimely death, one of your other slow pokemon can come in and take advantage of Trick Room. Orrr just run a Calm Mind set with Reuniclus. You can also run Psyshock over Psychic to beat Blissey/Chansey, but if Conkeldurr is still alive you can just switch from Reuniclus to Conkeldurr to deal with them.
Anyway Tentacruel. At this point you have a defensive wall (Gliscor), special defensive wall (Blissey) and two kind-of-tanks pokemon being Conkeldurr and Reuniclus. I don't really think putting even more pokemon like that in is a great idea. So lets try an offensive spinner;
Starmie @ Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs : 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
~ Hydro Pump / Surf
~ Thunderbolt
~ Ice Beam
~ Rapid Spin
Rapid Spin for obvious reasons. Hydro Pump or Surf depending if you want accuracy or power ,and STAB. Thunderbolt and Ice Beam form the boltbeam combo, hitting everything quite well.
Anyway last. Scizor. I'm not sure about running Steel Gem. and Scizor with Pursuit is generally bulky and has Roost. And since I hate Choice Band Scizor lets use it (That made no sense)
Scizor @ Choice Band
Trait : Technician
EVs : 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
~ U-turn
~ Bullet Punch
~ Superpower
~ Pursuit / Quick Attack
Yeah I hate band scizor >.< because it's so devestating :c. Anyway Bullet Punch for obvious reasons, Superpower kills Steel Types, U-turn lets Scizor run away. The last slot is debateable - Pursuit lets Scizor checkmate Ghost/Psychic types, while Quick Attack beats weakened pokemon that resist Bullet Punch - eg. Infernape or Gyarados. Also KOs 4 HP / 0 Def Volcarona after Stealth Rock damage - yay!
Dazzit. Back to sleep.
