Items are really messed up. Also, I see no purpose for Magnezone when you have the Sun powering up Reshirams's already destructive moves.

Eruption Groudon. With no Speed EVs. You're never going to get off a full power Eruption on anyone XD. And moves like Surf/Thunder aren't great choices on a Sun Team >.>

Focus Sash is cruddy on a sweeper like Palkia
Razor Claw, Absorb Bulb and Wiseglasses. I mean wut ._.

I'll point out the problems with the items if i must.

Wiseglasses: Why? Life Orb gets the job done better. So does expert belt.
Absorb Bulb: Only a one time use, plus why not just switch to Palkia? Leftovers / Choice Band/Specs look good for that set if you change those horrible moves. -_-
Quick Claw: Unreliable, and Choice Scarf will get the boost 100% of the time.
Razor Claw: Again, there are much more appreciated items like Life Orb or Lefties.
Focus Sash: Just why? Take a look at Palkia's bulk and tell me why you need it. Scarf / Specs fit this perfectly.
Air Balloon: I have no problem with this, but there could be better items for it.

Lol we've al played on showdown.
White Herb works for Shell Smash boosters, or to an extent Draco Meteor users. Power Herb is like useless unless you want a one time Freeze Burn/Shock or similar.
Mix Groudon? o_O It's SpA is too low to be abused in ubers. Try changing it to full physical with Life Orb and Rock Polish.
You can Scarf mewtwo to make it a revenge killer. etc. etc.
Reshiram appreciates Specs/Life Orb, but Kyurem-W does the same thing
Ho-Oh again, appeciates the extra power form Life Orb, but with it's good bulk also likes Leftovers
Palkia likes Orb/Specs/Scarf >.>
Magnezone... I don't really see the point of having MAgnet Rise and Air Balloon?

These items might work fine at the lower rungs of the ladder, but they will prove to be useless once you get even a few wins under your belt.

-Expert Belt is okay, but Mewtwo should really run Life Orb
-Power Herb? Why? Groundon already has Drought which means that Solarbeam will only take 1 turn. Why did you even give Groundon special moves? Base 100 sp. atk is okay, but look at its base 150 atk.
-Reshiram does not need Solarbeam. It needs Roost to replenish Life Orb recoil.
-Ho-oh NEEDS REGENERATOR. You have no spinner and Ho-oh has a x4 Rock weakness, meaning that its health will be cut by half just by switching into the field.
-I would personally scarf Palkia because it's actually not that fast considering the competition it faces in Ubers.
-Magnezone could be using Scarf to boost its speed, or Leftovers to run a substitute set. Balloon is okay I guess.
