Your Evs are messed up... I would not balanced them like that Rotom-Wash could use  way better Evs...Your teams only problem is their Evs, Raikou´s ,Eelektross´s and Thundurus´s Evs are fine but I´m probably not the right person to tell u how to replace them... ;)

While it adds up, I don't see the point of an EV spread like Rotom-W's. Spreading the EVs too thinly don't do much good.
