Hello, this is Haunter and as you can see, this team is built around Ferrothorn. I'm trying to make this team have ultimate synergy, so here we go!!

Ferrothorn

You lack of a flying resistance, while having 2 weakness.

Some advices:


Ferrothorn:

Use Relaxed > Impish so that Gyro Ball is stronger. I would also throw out dat Power Whip and add Thunder wave. The reasons:

  1. Power Whip is not super great ; it has a lackluster accuracy and Ferro doesn't hit so hard.
  2. Thunder Wave will ruin the plethora of Scarf users.

Jellicent

Use that on Jellicent:

Jellicent (M) @ Absorb Bulb
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 220 Def / 32 SAtk / 4 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Scald
- Recover
- Hex
- Ice Beam

Trachy, I'm looking at you, I stole your set. Pardon me. It's just so great. :)

Ultimate synergism and coverage. Mamoswine is active, it's gonna have hard time against dat Surf, you switch in and not only erase surf, but get a benefit of + in special attack. Scald deals status conditions, precisely Burn, and that's why Hex is getting strengthened. Finally, Ice Beam is a nice coverage, especially against the multitude of Dragons here.


Volcarona

My very strong set:

Volcarona @ Leftovers:
Trait: Flame body
EVs: 252 HP / 204 defense / 52 Speed
Bold nature

  • Flamethrower
  • Quiver Dance
  • Roost
  • Bug Buzz

This set is designed for ultimate sweeping and the EV spread lets Volcarona tank some hits. All is about Quiver Dance which boost your Special Force alongside your speed. After 3 ~ 5 Quiver Dance, nothing resist both dual STAB ; Flamethrower and Bug Buzz. Roost is finally here to heal some damage, most notably SR.


Gliscor

Use this:

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb:
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 248 Def / 16 Spe
Impish Nature

-Earthquake
-Roost
-Swords Dance
-Fling

This set is quite intriguing:

E-Quake for obvious STAB. Roost may heal off some nasty damage. Swords Dance powers up E-Quake to death. Fling is the only possibility against Flying and Levitating stuff, as your are throwing Toxic Orb meaning you poison the opponent. If this set is not working, then use what you have.


Blissey

Seems fine.


Hitmontop

I would not use this in OU. I would rather use Conkeldurr:

Adamant Nature

  • Mach Punch
  • Ice Punch
  • Bulk Up
  • ThunderPunch

That thing is beast. Mach Punch is a great finisher on weak or weakened threats. Ice Punch and ThunderPunch abuses the Sheer Orb combo to be ridiculously strong, and finally Bulk Up is Bulk Up, it is making Conkeldurr beast.

Absorb Bulb and Water Absorb don't work together, I know from experience. You won't get the Bulb boost.
Lol Power Whip is actually good.
Arcamon sorry to burst your bubble but absorb bulb doesn't work with water absorb. water absorb works kind of like protect for water type moves, they dont activate an item because technically they dont hit the pokemon. Also when using fling>toxic orb on Gliscor im pretty darn sure it doesn't poison the pokemon, just does damage.
Well your wrong
OK, so Cursed Body > Water Absorb.
Just drop the Absorb Bulb, it isn't worth it in the first place -__-
Also, I just recommend running a standard Bulk Up set on Conk, it seems to fit the team better that LO SF.
Oh well.
Um. Getting rid of Hitmontop? Bad call. Without a spinner Volcarona does terrible, so either don't replace Hitmontop or just get rid of Vocarona.

To be honest your team isn't that bad but ill give it a quick rate without changing any pokemon around.

Ferrothorn
Definitely use relaxed nature over impish. It increases gyro ball power and works better in trick room. It looks like your running a bulky support with a bulky attack. I don't see the point in running both. If you added thunder wave it would definetly help the slower pokemon in your team like jellicent. So I would probably run thunder wave over power whip. my opinion but may not suit your style of play. The Evs are also quirky in a way, It would probably be better to put a spread like this to keep physical sides of things okay and let it last longer on the field. 128attack/124hp/252defense/4sp defense.

Jellicent
Jellicents set is good, but i would replace water spout>hidden power bug. I'd do this because water spout isnt any good once jellicent isnt at full health and hidden power bug would be better to cover 2/4 weaknesses. scald and hydro pump come down to accuracy or power, running a specs set scalds base power goes from 80 to 120 which is better than hydro pumps base power. However hydro pumps base power also sky rockets to 165 base power. If your not concerned with hydro pumps accuracy run that but if its accuracy seems undesirable then run scald.

Volcarona
Set is fine, But might want to consider flamethrower over fierydance for base power.

Mamoswine
Once again nothing wrong with this set.

Gliscor
Only problem here is the Ev's. Run Defensive Evs or Sp defensive. Poison heal is a great choice because if you can predict one switch in and reap the benefits.

Hitmontop
Hase better Sp defense that defense so switch them EV's over and add around 100evs to his attack stat from his HP evs to give him a bit more power.

Aside from these small hitches your team is quite original and looks like it can perform well.
