Please note that this team is not usable in Gen 6 LC on account of the Ground Gem not being legal.

Wingull
Wingull @ Damp Rock
Ability: Rain Dish
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Spe / 236 SpA / 36 HP
Timid Nature
- Hurricane
- Ice Beam
- Scald
- Rain Dance

A very offensive rain setter to say the least. Wingull is basically LC Tornadus without Prankster. STAB Hurricane and Rain boosted STAB Scald are not to be taken lightly. Ice Beam is nice coverage. Possible replacements include Voltorb, and that's all I've thought of.

Omanyte
Omanyte @ Eviolite
Ability: Swift Swim
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Spe / 192 SpA / 36 Def / 44 HP
Timid Nature
- Shell Smash
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Omanyte outside of the rain is scary. With its scarf checks eliminated by Swift Swim, there is little that can stop it. Shell Smash is the crux of this set, as after one boost it can just plow through teams with ease. Surf it its perfectly spammable move, Ice Beam is situational and will only be used if the target resists Surf, and HP Grass is for bulky waters (that means you Chinchou).

Anorith
Anorith @ Eviolite
Ability: Swift Swim
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Spe / 236 Atk / 36 Def
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Rock Blast
- Brick Break
- X-Scissor

While it doesn't have the best movepool, Anorith is not to be taken lightly. At +2 Attack, little can resist its wrath. It is still the weakest sweeper on my team, and I am looking for Pokemon to replace it.

Wailmer
Wailmer @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Pressure
Level: 5
EVs: 36 HP / 76 Def / 200 SpA / 196 Spe
Timid Nature
- Water Spout
- Ice Beam
- Hydro Pump
- Hidden Power [Electric]

Even though Wailord is not so good in NU, Wailmer is perfectly fine in LC, and for good reason. Water Spout is the STAB boosted, rain boosted, 150 power attack that is truly terrifying. Hydro Pump is for when it is not at high HP, while Ice Beam and HP Electric are for BoltBeam coverage.

Diglett
Diglett @ Ground Gem
Ability: Arena Trap
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Spe / 236 Atk / 36 Def
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Reversal
- Sucker Punch
- Rock Slide

When I want something to die, this is what I use. Although its Attack is a letdown, it's STAB Earthquake.

Bronzor
Bronzor @ Damp Rock
Ability: Levitate
Level: 5
EVs: 228 Def / 224 HP / 56 Atk
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Rain Dance
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Gyro Ball

Bronzor is my solution to Drilbur. 'Nuff said

I'll spruce this up later

Cottonee, Foongus, Chespin, Helioptile, Magnemite and Elekid are great choices to replace Anorith.
I think a ice team should have ice pokemons
Dr dude: lc = LC = Little Cup. Otherwise, lce is worte with the "e". And this is a "l", not an "I". Although this is tricky ...
oh. haha sorry. thought he just spelled it wrong, never heard of little cups. what is it anyway? :)  (have to excuse my english, it will improve i´m norwegian you see)
Ah, OK!
but what is little cup????
LC is a tier of competitive battle where you can use little Pokémon; search for it over Google.
All I want to say is: Rain + opposing Water-type + Diglett= :(
