You should probably include some notes on what each Pokemon's role is. I'm guessing Tyranitar is your lead and you're going for a Sand based team.
4 of your team are weak to Fighting, although you do have the Togekiss that x4 resists Fighting moves.
I feel as if a Chopple Berry would do better than an Air Balloon, if your opponent leads of with a Pokemon that knows U-Turn or Fake Out your balloon is completely wasted. Yes Earthquake is very common but you're very vulnerable to x4 super effective Fighting based moves and since you only have 4 HP and 0 Defense investment living a strong Fighting type attack seems unlikely.
Having Lock-On and Zoom Lens seems a bit of a waste of move and item. And you're also running 3 Electric attacks meaning Ground types completely wall you. I'd definitely give this the Air Balloon out of all your team as it's 4x weak to Ground. Life Orb is another very good option. This is the moveset I'd go for:
- Thunderbolt
- Flash Cannon
- Volt Switch / Hidden Power Ice
- Substitute / Charge Beam
Unfortunately Magnezone lacks a wide movepool, similar to Rotom however they're good with what they have. If You can't get Hidden Power Ice go for Volt Switch to get out of the situation. The last move is up to you but Lock-On is a bit of a waste on WiFi battles as the opponent can just switch out.
Aggron is pretty awful to be honest unless you're running Mega Aggron, 4x weak to Fighting AND Ground. Two very common offensive types. I would replace it with an Alakazam since a lot of your team is weak to Fighting he can counter them nicely. With Magic Guard he takes no damage from the Sand.
Alakazam @ Focus Sash
Trait: Magic Guard
Nature: Timid
4 HP / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe
- Psychic
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball
- Dazzling Gleam
Psychic is the main STAB move, Psyshock to take on specially defensive tanks, Shadow Ball + Dazzling Gleam as coverage.
Lucario is unbelievably strong especially with his Adaptability ability when Mega evolved. I'd replace Extreme Speed with Bullet Punch as it receives the Adaptability boost and is still priority. And then replace Aura Sphere with Swords Dance since you're running a Physical Lucario with no Special Attack investment. This will also add to Bullet Punch's power.
Since Garchomp is Choice Banded I'd be looking to run 4 moves that are all unique types. You have 2 Dragon type attacks, I'd replace Dragon Rush with Fire Fang / Crunch just for some extra coverage.
With Togekiss you have no STAB moves on it. Air Slash + Serene Grace works tremendously well with each other and it's STAB. Since you don't have any bulky Pokemon to provide as a stall/wall I'd go with:
Togekiss @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
Nature: Bold
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpAtk
- Air Slash
- Roost
- Thunder-Wave
- Defog
Now it plays the support role of the team, carries Defog to take care of hazards and screens and can take on Fighting types with ease. Thunder-Wave to cripple and Roost combined with Leftovers to stall. Who needs Special Attack investment when you can just flinch them to death with Air Slash!
The team you listed is very strong, but it had a big weakness to Fighting and no real way to stall or wall Pokemon that may set up or have set up. Togekiss is very bulky and can Defog the Stick Web away which a lot of your team don't like. Plus you have a way to cripple the opponent with Thunder-Wave. Alakazam is almost guaranteed to get a move off, he will dent anything and probably OHKO anything not resisting his moves. On top of that, with the move/item changes I've listed now it's a very threatening team.
