Hello, this is my first attempt at building my own team (instead of just following "recipes", like sun or rain teams), and I think i did something good, although it still need some development, its a start and i would appreciate some help =)
So, this is the mindset behind this team:
Klefki is the main staler, setting up the screens and crippling my opponents speed;
Umbreon will act somewhat as a wall, healing its teammates and removing statuses;
Excadrill is a rapid spinner/attacher and a sand rusher, in case of sandstorms;
Crawdaunt has the highest output damage with knock-off, and in a game where almost everyone uses an item, i think its a good move to use;
Heracross is my main physical attacker;
Zoroark can confuse some players, giving me a little time and is a special sweeper(I may replace him, because there are already too much dark types)

Now, the team:
Zoroark (M) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Illusion
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Dark Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ice]/Focus Blast (Not sure which one to keep)

Umbreon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
Careful Nature
- Payback
- Curse
- Wish
- Heal Bell

Excadrill (M) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head

Crawdaunt (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Crabhammer
- Knock Off
- Superpower

Heracross-Mega (M) @ Heracronite
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Pin Missile
- Rock Blast
- Close Combat/Arm Thrust (Same doubt as above)
- Bullet Seed

Klefki (M) @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 68 Def / 240 HP / 200 SDef
Impish Nature
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Thunder Wave
- Foul Play

I see you have a megeevolved heracross, but I would not keep him. I say that because think about all his weaknesses, fire and ice that's a huge problem, because they could not only hurt alot but also inflict a status condition. I would switch him out!!!! A good megeevolvance would be a Kangaskan who attacks twice, has high HP and attack, I'd deffinatly switch him out.

Ok, so my first post. here we goooo!
I would recommend switching Zoroark with Weavile. With great speed and attack., it wrecks.
After one swords dance (thanks to Focus sash) It will be your best physical sweeper.

Weavile @ Focus sash
Ability-Pressure
Jolly (+Speed/-Sp.Attk)
EVs- 252 attck. 252 speed. 4 Sp.def.

Weavile

-Pursuit
-Icicle crash/Ice shard
-Brick break
-Swords dance/Aerial ace.

With weavile switching in, Most pokemon with run like hell, so Pursuit is cool.
Icicle crash for more Damage. Ice shard for priority. (Your preference)
Brick break for Reflect and Light screen.
Swords Dance for Sweeeeep! aerial ace, your choice. But i will prefer S.Dance.

Edit: I would recommend switching either Crawdanaut with Rotom-W.... Or Umbreon with a Steel type tank. You might also need a poke with Water absorb and normal type Immunity, Jellicent is best for this Job. Switch Umbreon OR craw. your choice.

So far this team I assembled is working, but I'm still losing a little more than winning. Let's see if with your suggestions I can tip the scales to my side =)
Ok, so I've changed Zoroark for weaville and it's really better, but I also made another substitution, Klefki for speed boost Scolipede, with his help heracross (Or Crawdaunt, or Weavile) can get a little help and survive a little more =)

Here's the new team:

Scolipede (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Spd / 248 HP / 8 SDef
Timid Nature
- Swords Dance
- Protect
- Baton Pass
- Substitute

Excadrill (M) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head

Crawdaunt (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Crabhammer
- Knock Off
- Superpower

Heracross-Mega (M) @ Heracronite
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Pin Missile
- Rock Blast
- Close Combat
- Bullet Seed

Weavile (M) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 Def
- Pursuit
- Brick Break
- Aerial Ace
- Ice Shard

Umbreon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize

Careful Nature

Lel, Experience dude.. experience xD
And speed boost is good for Getting in with Blaziken, cuz its annoying. I use Yanmega as my Speed boost member.
