First, I recommend switching Reuniclus with Magic Bounce espeon, Yep.. No more swagger or other annoying status moves. Reuniclus would obviously get KOed until it uses Trick room.
Its also good to switch it in with likely entry hazard Swichers. Bouncing stealth rock/Spikes back! xD

Espeon @ Leftovers/Pixie plate
Calm/Timid
Light Screen
-Reflect
-Pyschic
-Dazzling gleam/Morning sun

Overall its good :)
The team looks solid other than Reuniclus. Reuniclus is primarily used for Trick Room teams, therefore I feel like he is a liability on your team. Get yourself an Espeon, or a Pokemon that can counter fairy types. You have Scrafty and Noivern who would struggle against a stronger fairy type. A Venusaur, Ferrothorn, or a Gengar would do the job.
It's not bad too have a Hyper Offensive team, it's getting to be a much more popular strategy and I personally have trouble with it. Due to how most of my pokemon are Bulky Set ups
Personally, I would use volt switch on Rotom-Wash, but it's totally up to you.
