Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs

Relaxed Nature
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Power Whip
- Gyro Ball

This is a good, standard Ferrothorn set. Not much to say here.

Aegislash @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- King's Shield
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Sneak
- Sacred Sword

Don't run Spooky Plate-- that's relatively useless competitively. Instead, Weakness Policy Aegislash is great because its bulk generally means it survives a supereffective hit and his offensive stats are boosted afterwards. Also, run 252 HP because you already have a physical tank in Gliscor and Aegislash's base defenses are the same. However, since your team already has so much bulk, you could switch Aegislash for a new faster sweeper like Latios, since you don't have a Dragon:

enter image description here

Latios @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball
- Defog/Trick

Draco Meteor is extremely powerful on Latios with specs. Psyshock is good for STAB and trolling any special defender that tries to wall it. You could run Defog to get rid of entry hazards (Talonflame would appreciate it), or you could run Trick and force your specs onto the opponent (as I see you like to do, juding by Rotom).

Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Hasty Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
- U-turn

This is a pretty cool mixed Greninja set. Maybe play around with the EVs to make U-turn more powerful. Switch Surf for Hydro Pump for power, because Greninja will go down fast and he needs to use powerful moves.

Rotom-Heat @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 Def
Modest Nature
- Overheat
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Dragon]
- Trick

Several things here don't make much sense to me, particularly Hidden Power Dragon. Also, Choice Specs are better for Trick because any Pokemon can benefit from a Speed boost, but only some can benefit from a Special Attack boost. You need a special defender anyway, so let's just switch Rotom for something else.

enter image description here

Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Toxic

Your team is generally bulky, so we won't run a screens set on her. Pixilate makes Hyper Voice Fairy-type and more powerful than Moonblast. Wish is to restore her health or a teammate's, if you switch after using it, and Heal Bell can come in handy. Toxic is to whittle down the HP of an annoying tank.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 52 Atk / 4 Spd
Impish Nature
- Ice Fang
- Substitute
- Roost
- Earthquake

This is a nice Gliscor set. I just changed around his EVs a little so you could have something invested in Attack. Also, I think Roost would be better than Protect because you can instantly heal half of your HP once you're behind a Substitute. Also, since you're running Toxic on Sylveon, you can use Ice Fang instead for nice coverage.

Talonflame @ Life Orb
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 126 Spd / 126 HP
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Swords Dance
- Flare Blitz
- Roost

Again, let's not use plates competitively. Instead, boost your power with Life Orb! I also changed the EVs because you want more investment in Speed than you had (you still need Speed for Flare Blitz). Other than that, this is a good set.

I hope I've been helpful!

Hidden Power Ice is preferred > Dragon because it has better coverage and can be 4x effective on the Dragon/Ground types and the Dragon/Flying types.
Yup.  That's what I was saying about HP Dragon being a little weird
Oh I'm sorry, I didn't read it fully, I thought Rotom was still on the team and that you'd suggested HP Dragon, my bad :p
Lol, no problem

I will help with this if I can.

Ferrothorn:

Replace it for Forretress. That way you can have Rapid Spin. Use this:

Forretress@Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
EV's: 252 HP, 128 SpDef, 128 Def
IV's: 0 Spd
Trait: Sturdy
Relaxed/Sassy Nature

-Rapid Spin
-Volt Switch
-Stealth Rock
-Gyro Ball

Aegislash:

Put Leftovers here. Change the EV's for 252 HP/120 Def/120 SpDef/16 Atk. I recommend 0 Spd IV's, Brave Nature, and Shadow Claw in place of Shadow Sneak so that he can be hit in Shield Forme and hit in Blade Forme.

Greninja:

Switch the 4 HP EV's into Attack for U-Turn.

Rotom-H:

You want to replace? I have a couple great Fire-type candidates and an Electric one. This will take a while, so get ready!

Infernape@ Life Orb
EV's: 252 SpAtk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
Trait: Blaze
Timid Nature

-Nasty Plot
-Vacuum Wave/Focus Blast
-Flamethrower/Overheat/Fire Blast
-Grass Knot

Infernape is great specially. Nasty Plot and Life Orb combined with Nape's 104 Special Attack stat make for a great hitter. There is the choice of using U-Turn in place of Grass Knot and putting the 4 EV's into attack while changing the nature to Hasty or Naive. For a physical set, try:

Infernape@ Life Orb
EV's: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
Trait: Blaze
Adamant Nature

-Swords Dance
-Blaze Kick/Flare Blitz
-Close Combat/Mach Punch
-Flame Charge/U-Turn/Earthquake

Infernape's physical side is just as good as his special side. There is the option of Choice Band and replace Swords Dance with one of EQ or U-Turn. Flame Charge is a no for that because it would be used once- usually on a switch- to boost your speed. I don't think you should use it unless you go for Close Combat, as priority+ speed boosting is redundant. Or, there's a great mixed set:

Infernape@ Assault Vest
EV's:252 Spd, 128 Atk, 128 SpAtk
Trait: Blaze
Hasty/Naive Nature

-Close Combat/Mach Punch
-Flamethrower/Fire Blast/Overheat
-Grass Knot
-Any physical attacking move

One of Infernape's great assets is his versatility. This is probably Nape's best set because it destroys SkarmBliss completely with your Fire move of choice and Close Combat or Mach Punch. for "Any physical attacking move" I recommend using Flame Charge, Earthquake, U-Turn, Shadow Claw, Ice Punch, ThunderPunch, Poison Jab, Aerial Ace, or Stone Edge. Can you see why I didn't put that on that line? But I'm not done yet! For a special sweeper, this oughta work:

Volcarona@ Lum Berry
EV's: 252 SpAtk, 128 Spd, 128 SpDef
Trait: Swarm
Modest/Timid/Calm Nature

-Fiery Dance/Fire Blast/ Flamethrower
-Quiver Dance
-Bug Buzz
-Hidden Power {WHATEVER}

Volcarona is a really great Pokémon to use. You will need Rapid Spin support, however. Set is self-explanatory, I'm getting tired of this by now. Last set!

Jolteon@ Air Balloon
EV's: 252 Spd, 252 SpAtk, 4 HP
Trait: Volt Absorb
Timid Nature

-Thunderbolt
-Volt Switch
-Signal Beam
-Hidden Power {ICE}

Self-explanatory. Your Electric option here.

Gliscor:

Replace 4 Spd for 4 Atk.

Talonflame:

Plates are useless competitively outside of Arceus. Use Life Orb because it'll boost his attacks for no extra recoil. Swap the HP and Speed EV's.

I hope I helped!
