This is my first RMT here. It's for a best of 3 double elimination knockout tournament, so the team needs to be fairly consistent and versatile.
The format of the competition is entering a team of 6, then choosing 4 for each game. No items or pokemon can be changed at all after the start of the tournament. Various clauses such as sleep/OKHO/item are being used and some pokemon are banned.

So this team has two main strategies; Sandstorm and Rain Dance. I wanted to make a team which could combat anything and I thought I would need two separate strategies.
The first revolves around using Togekiss to set up a Mawile sweep by elimination all the fire and fighting types the opponent has. By swapping in and out with Mawile and Rotom-W I can sensibly ruin my opponents physical attacks while rain dance gets rid of the special fire type problems. Ludicolo can open with togekiss to para-flinch any serious threats with fake out and T-wave on any scary leads.
The second strategy relies on TTar being able to set up sandstorm to allow for a Scizor sweep. Opening with scizor straight up or with Rotom-W alongside TTar will allow me to get early pressure or to stop any physical sweepers from setting up. Mawile can also be used to provide intimidate support. With scizor's physical attack, it can be used without the mega, to allow for mawile if the situation needs, otherwise both can be used outisde their megas, even if Mawile's is quite a bit weaker.
Any advice on movesets/strategies/threats that i have undoubtedly missed is much appreciated.
