>Well, hello there! It's Haunter, with another OU team! This one is based around Mega-Banette, as I wanted to try it out. Here it is...

Team Preview:

Gliscor

@ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd / 4 Atk
Impish Nature
- Fling
- Acrobatics
- Substitute
- Stealth Rock

My lead on the team. You might be a bit confused with this weird set, but let me talk you through it. My strategy usually starts with Substitute to get Poison Heal started. I then use either Fling or Stealth Rock, depending on the Pokemon I am up against. Why Fling over Toxic, you ask? Basically, Taunt does not affect this. You do have one chance of using this though, so use it wisely. Once you are poisoned and your Toxic Orb has gone, you can go for a powerful STAB Acrobatics.

Conkeldurr

@ Assault Vest
Trait: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 SDef / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Poison Jab
- Knock Off

My main Physical sweeper on the team. It is a pretty generic AVest set: Drain Punch for STAB and healing up some of that Burn damage, Ice Punch for coverage, Poison Jab to take care of Fairies and Knock Off to cover Psychic and Ghost, as well as gettting rid of their item.

Greninja

@ Life Orb
Trait: Protean
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Surf
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Fire]

My main Special sweeper on the team. Another generic (but effective) Greninja set. Surf is STAB (as a matter of fact, everything is xD) and I'm using it over Hydro Pump just because of the nerf. IMO it doesn't have enough Base Power for its accuracy. Dark Pulse is another good move, and provides STAB every time you use it. Ice Beam and Hidden Power Fire give you brilliant coverage along with Surf.

Sylveon

@ Leftovers
Trait: Pixilate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Hyper Voice
- Heal Bell

My Wish Passer on the team. Its great Special Defense make it a good wall too. Wish is obvious, and if Sylveon itself needs to heal, it can use Protect. Pixilate Hyper Voice provides some good STAB, and Heal Bell hlps status.

Tentacruel

@ Black Sludge
Trait: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Toxic Spikes
- Sludge Bomb
- Rapid Spin

Speak of the devil! Tentacruel is a brilliant Special Wall that is helping out the team with Toxic Spikes and Rapid Spin. As I don't really want Spikes or Stealth Rock hurting my team, Rapid Spin is not a waste of slot. Scald has a high chance of burning those who didn't get poisoned and is STAB, and we have Sludge Bomb for them Fairies and STAB.

Banette

~~~>
@ Banettite
Trait: Frisk ~~> Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Impish Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Shadow Sneak
- Sucker Punch
- Destiny Bond
My priority abuser on the team. Priority Will-O-Wisp cripples any Physical attacker that thinks it can kill this Banette. Shadow Sneak is pretty powerful due to Banette's ridiculous Attack, and happens to be priority :D! Sucker Punch has even higher BP, so it will no doubt deal some heavy damage. When Banette is finally on its last leg... BOOM! In comes the priority Destiny Bond, which no-one will expect.
For Conkeldurr you could try the standard Assault Vest set.
Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off
Drain Punch is for healing and STAB, Mach Punch is STAB and Priority, Ice Punch is to hit Flying types like Landorus,Gliscor, etc. Knock Off is so good this generation that you should use it over Payback. Knock Off deals with Psychic types and knock off the item of the opposing Pokemon. :3
Heal Bell > Psyshock for Sylveon.
Otherwise, I have no suggestions. Your team is great.
Welp, your team looks pretty neat, but I have some set recommendations for yo!
Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch/Poison Jab
- Knock Off
The set Spark Pichu suggested is really good. Assault vest is really neat on Conkeldurr as it patches up it's mediocre SpD.
Greninja:
The problem with your Greninja is that it's too standard. Why not replace dark pulse with hidden power [Ghost]? Dark Pulse still keeps Greninja's weakness to fighting attacks, but a surprising HP Ghost will make him immune to fighting attacks. And no one will use a dark or ghost attack if they think you will use the typical dark pulse. HP Ghost also has better coverage IMO.
Replacing HP Fire with grass knot is also pretty great (since you already have HP Ghost), allowing Greninja to OHKO many opposing water types. U-Turn can also be used instead of grass knot for switch advantage.
Other than that it's a pretty good team! Good job.
If he thinks that this is all that can be improved, it's good as an answer.
I've included some of your advice, thanks.
Hp Ghost seems like a decent idea (I actually like it), but it provides very little coverage and isn't any more useful than Dark Pulse, and Dark Pulse has way more power. I'd run Extrasensory > Dark Pulse instead. The only reason people use D-Pulse is for Aegislash really. Maybe standard gengar. If your not worried about these two, your better of with Extra
