Okay As a start i think your team could perform well in the VGC meta. Your team doens't really share a one type weakness which is good. Being VGC I think that you need protect on nearly every pokemon. Just so you can protect and take out threats to that pokemon.
To start of with:
Lickilicky
This set looks good and im interested in why you chose to use him. I'm a bit concerned about the ability your going to use. Cloud nine removes effects of weather which can be beneficial but can also ruin abomasnow's ability. Own tempo may work as it can take a swagger and gain boosted +2 attack for free. Apart from this the set looks good. I would run rockslide out of the three. This takes out huge threats in the meta like talonflame, charizard, rotom-H etc.. I
Abomasnow
Looks good.
Mienshao
I don't like the look of this to be honest.
I can see the use of inner focus being very nice here but i prefer to use this set:
Mienshao@widelens
Jolly: 252att/252sp
Reckless
-High jump kick
-Rockslide
-Fake out
-Quick guard
The wide lens makes high jump kick and rockslide 99% accuracy which is a lot better then 90%.
The reckless ability gets high jump kick up to 169 base power. In the end personal preference. Fake out is standard support. can help get trick room up. Looking at your team moves that hit all the pokemon on the field shouldnt be a huge problem. Quick guard shuts down talonflames brave bird and other prankster pokemon that can be a problem. I would use focus sash on chandlelure as it ensures trick room gets up. Alot of pokemon like gengar garchomp etc can outspeed and OHKO with shadowball and earthquake. Instead of this use wide lens to give the best chance of rockslide and high jump kick hitting. which moves me on to chandlelure.
Chandlelure
Chandelure is a great trick room seter with the right setup..
The set your currently using is a mix between a trick room set and a special attacker. Seeing this team is trick room it would make sense to make chandelure a trick room setter. However there are better options out there. Aromatisse is quite a good Trick room setter because it cannot be taunted encored etc.. thanks to its ability aroma veil. See here. In the end its up to you but ill provide a set for both:
Chandelure@focus sash
Quiet nature: 252hp/252sp attack
Infriltrator
-Trick room
-Protect
-will-o-wisp
-shadow ball/flamethrower.
Aromatisse@leftovers
Quiet nature: 252hp 252sp defense/4sp attack
(this Spread is of the top of my head use a Damage calculator to find your own spread)
Aroma veil
-Trick room
-Swagger
-Moon blast
-reflect
Food for thought but I would recomend Aromatisse>chandelure. With its base 29 speed and larger bulk i think it is superior to chandelure.
Escavalier
I think there are better trick room users to Escavalier simply because fire types are very common this meta game.
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 252 SpD Occa Berry Escavalier in Sun: 396-468 (115.1 - 136%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Choice Band Talonflame Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Occa Berry Escavalier: 410-486 (119.1 - 141.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
These damage calcs pretty much sum it up. If I would you i would look for a better trick room physical attacker like Conkledurr or pokemon of the likes.
Garchomp
Two megas on the one team is quite common and not a bad idea. The spread could be okay with 156 attack Evs garchomps base is around 210 which is quite respectable. The problem with mega garchomp is the base 92 speed. This allows it to be outsped by most threats in the meta with its 4x weakness to ice it can be OHKO by anything with base 110 or more. However the trick room situation will help balance this out. I would use protect over brick break to let threats be taken out.
Over all this team could work well, REMEMBER to test it out on showdown before IV Breeding. Nothing worse to have a good team on paper breeding it and have it get owned in real life. Good luck with it all and hope i helped
