Aeternis inspired me to get a mega DD TTar and so far it worked well. But higher up on the ladder the wins get harder and my teams synergy is often stopped. So, here's my team and any suggestions are welcome :) (as long as they aren't stupid suggestions :P)

>Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind
- Defog
- Roost

>Thundurus @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Taunt
- Thunder Wave
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]

I lead of with either Skarmory or Thundurus depending on my opponents team, if I see a hazard setter on my opponents team I lead with Thundurus and if not it's Skarmory. Ev spread for Thundy is so that it can take a few hits as well as being fast. If thundy has to be replaced then pls suggest another prankster to taunt those annoying BP teams. HP ice is to hit ground types like garchomp Landorus and gliscor but it's annoying as it doesn't OHKO. Maybe I should invest is SpA..
And skarmory is to wall those god damn mawile (not fire fang variants tho) and whirlwind those suckers out. BOOM. And defog, SR and roost for obvious reasons. And, yeah, I realise it's ruined by taunt, but then I hit the "switch" button :P

>Tyranitar @ Tyranitarite
Ability: Sand Stream
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Crunch

>Aegislash @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Stance Change
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Atk / 60 SAtk / 36 SDef
Brave Nature
- Sacred Sword
- King's Shield
- Shadow Ball
- Shadow Sneak

TTar is the powerhouse of the team, and isn't it bulky! It easily take almost any SE hit bar fighting types and then I can set up DD to outspeed almost anything. But then again this is stopped by those washing machines. Rotom-W takes a +1 crunch with 15-20% left and then it.... Burns me. Ugh, curse u rotom! And, yeah, the moveset is pretty ok except that I run ice punch instead of stone edge, but that's to stop those gliscors and landos that can wall him. Or maybe stone edge would b better. Not sure.
Aegislash is to take the fighting hits that makes TTar hide behind mommy. And I'm not sure whether I should give it air balloon so I cn switch into an EQ. But WP is more reliable, I think. And brave nature is so that Shadow Sneak and Sacred Sword hit hard and shadow ball to hit if I'm burned and if I can activate WP, awesome. I don't know but I'm open to suggestions:P

>Latios (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Surf
- Trick

>Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 28 Def / 228 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Mach Punch
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Knock-off

Latios is my scarfer and I run trick to trap special walls like blissey or Chansey (although I have psyshock it won't OHKO). I run modest instead of timid for more power as I already have speed from scarf, but due to the nature opposing scarfs outspeed me. But rarely happens as Lati's base speed is above par anyway.
AV conk is pretty much standard since the introduction of AV in gen 6.
Standard moveset and guts to absorb the WoW and boost my own attack stat. Ice punch or poison jab is what I'm not sure of as azumarills can switch in peacefully if conk runs ice punch.

Thats is for my team guys! And common problems I've noticed is quagsire and I dot. Have status absorbers once conk dies and no spore absorber as well.
Thanks to anyone who rates it and critical rating is much appreciated!

And another problem is I can't switch safely into fairy and are difficult to take out although I considered scarf sludge wave lando i
um MTTar cant take any Pokemon SE Fighting type moves other than focus blast
+1 252+ Atk Mega Tyranitar Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Rotom-W: 303-357 (99.6 - 117.4%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO
At +1 Mega Tyranitar has a good 93.8% chance OHKO the uninvested Rotom-W with Stone Edge after a Dragon Dance, and since it is Tyranitar's stronger STAB, you should consider it. Otherwise Crunch is an alternative if you have accuracy issues.
That's what I said, it can't take any fighting type hits
Btw most rotoms nowadays are defensive
the only real reason you would have for ice punch is for things like landorus-T and gliscor, which the rest of the team handles well. Therefore, I think you could do stone edge > ice punch
to get around your problems with fairies, a possible change could be Iron Head over Sacred Sword or Shadow Ball on Aegi or Steel Wing on Skar as you have nothing to hit them super effective atm.
Y this no rate? :(

K so, first off the team itself looks pretty solid.
So I'm not going to be making many changes at all. However, the ones which I do - changes in bold.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind
- Defog
- Roost

Right so without an attacking move, 4 Atk EVs is worthless. Might as well go to 4 SDef. However, you can also consider running Brave Bird over Stealth Rocks - this is because 1. Defog gets rid of SR anyway, and 2. You're complete taunt bait without it.

Thundurus @ Life Orb / Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Taunt
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt / Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Next Thundurus.
You said that you would prefer it to OHKO the likes of Garchomp and Gliscor.
>252 SpA Life Orb Thundurus Hidden Power Ice vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Garchomp: 380-452 (106.1 - 126.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Life Orb Thundurus Hidden Power Ice vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Landorus-T: 400-473 (104.9 - 124.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Life Orb Thundurus Hidden Power Ice vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Gliscor: 421-499 (118.9 - 140.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Thundurus has acceptable defenses - but even so, it won't like taking powerful Super Effective attacks. It's still going to be OHKOed or 2HKOed. Imo, a more offensive variant is preferred.
EV-wise, Max speed, Max SpA. Why 4 on Def you ask? To keep Thundurus's HP at a number indivisible by 4 - therefore helping against SR damage.

Tyranitar @ Tyranitarite
Ability: Sand Stream
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch / Stone Edge
- Crunch

Fine by me, but like what other people said, you MIGHT want to consider running Stone Edge, as it gives you extra powar against stuff like Rotom-W.
Also, now Gliscor, Landy etc. are covered by Thundurus, there isn't any real reason to run Ice Punch.

Right so Aegislash.
You told me that you have trouble against Scizors, especially when they manage to set up on you.
Imo, replace Aegislash with Chandelure.

Chandelure @ Choice Specs
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Modest Nature
- Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball
- Trick / Flamethrower

So why Chandy? 1. It retains the ghost typing so it can take Fighting all day, 2. Rapes scizor, 3. Awesome Wallbreaker.
>252+ SpA Choice Specs Chandelure Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Mega Scizor: 1276-1504 (370.9 - 437.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Chandelure Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Sylveon: 193-228 (48.9 - 57.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Choice Specs Chandelure Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Florges: 169-201 (46.9 - 55.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Choice Specs Chandelure Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Clefable: 349-412 (88.5 - 104.5%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO

^ It gives you the potential to beat some of the bulkiest special walls, if you can take them on the switch.
In addition to that, very few things can switch into it - barr Heatran :I. But Conkeldurr and Tyranitar lel at Heatran. c:!

Latios (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Surf
- Trick
Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 28 Def / 228 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Mach Punch
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off

They look fine, tho Timid Nature is better off on Latios.
Also, why that EV spread on Conk? :I

by
That ev spread is for assault vest
Btw isn't chandy too frail for specs?
Naw, it's bulk is passable, not too different from thundurus imo
While rating this, you oversaw the fact he now has an even greater weakness to BellyJet Azumarill. Almost everything on this team is OHKO'd after rocks, which shouldn't be too hard for the opponent to set up (especially if the opponent pulls a double switch on Skarm, who would come in to Defog them) after Volt Switching out (no electric immunity) to Azumarill.

Nothing has a winning matchup on Azumarill here. It can  literally come in on any mon (bar Thundurus and choice locked Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, or Psyshock. It detests switch switching directly in, but a good Azu player comes in after they bait you/scout/force you to use a specific move to cause a free set up. Azu can't come in on a +1 MTar either, but MTar is generally out late-game, thus Azu can come in once Thundurus is out (which would most likely be before Tyranitar even enters the battle), as it would be the opponent's best AND easiest win condition with the least amount of ways to be handled.
