Jolteon

I wouldn't suggest him being a lead; go with Regirock. Otherwise looks good.

Scizor

Quick Attack is a useless move because of you have no STAB and you have Bullet Punch as a priority already. Give it Superpower for coverage.

Regirock
Though counter looks good on Regirock because of it's ability to take hits, it will do less damage because of your sky high defenses. Stealth Rock will be nice for your team so replace counter and make it your lead.

Dragonite
Looks great.

Heatran
First off, Magma Storm is horrible because its accuracy. Replace it with flamethrower, a more reliable STAB. Second, Explosion got nerfed quite hard because of the loss of halving defense.Overheat will serve you well because it gives you the chance to hit harder on enemies like Lati@s and Gliscor and Landorus.

Hitmonlee
Though he can hit hard, he can't outspeed anything in OU with a 87 base speed. He has to have unburden as an ability. I'm going to have remake your moveset if that's okay with you.

Hitmonlee (M) @ Normal Gem
Trait: Unburden
Role: Epic Physical Sweeper
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Hi Jump Kick
- Fake Out
- Sucker Punch
- Earthquake

Fake out and Normal Gem allow you to outspeed and get free damage. The rest is self-explanatory.

You can't have both Unburden and Sucker Punch.
Lol I think that I will use that jolteon and Scizor.
