Not much of the team is weak to hazards, so I don't think a Rapid Spinner is necessary.
If you're most worried about Medicham rather than the whole team, there's a Rate my Pokemon Thread you could have posted. If not, more inforamtion n the Pokemon could really help us out.
Currently, you dont need Fire Punch on Medicham, since aegislash is gone.

By running Adamant, you can 2hko Skarmory. So add Ice Punch or Bullet Punch on Mmedi, whatever firs your needs.

Give thundurus superpower over knock off, and make it run 56 Atk/ 200 SAtk / 252 spe with a naive nature. OHKO's TTar and keeps the defense to shakily check birdspams

Tbh, i dont find a spinner necessary
I dont think TTar is  a problem as scizor and Mega Medicham hurt it a lot. I agree that Ice punch will be more useful on Medicham though.
