First thing I notice is that you have a whopping 2, yes 2, OU pokemon if it were me I would have atleast 4/6 of your team OU pokemon.

Spent a minute looking at 'Slowking' thinking it was a typo for Slaking and not remembering Slowking at all. I was getting real confused lol.

Electvire-Seems good.
Jirachi-I hate facing this thing.
Porygon 2-I'd go more defensive, switch the S.Atk for defence or S.Def, replace Ice beam and Thunderbolt for toxic and shadow ball (For Gengar).
Charizard-Good, but I prefer Dragon pulse>Focus Blast.
Scizor-Fine, but I'd go life orb>Leftovers since you have roost.
Slowking-Seems solid eonugh.

One thing, you don't have hazard or status removal. consider adding something that can do this.

Alright... my Input would be...
Electivire: Ditch fire punch for EQ
Jirachi: Perfect. But Charizard would be a detriment to the Water pulse.
Pory-2: I would say... Remove Thunderbolt for Toxic, but otherwise great.
Charizard: Perfect, but Mixed Belly Drum Charizard Y can do the same thing... With more surprise... but still good set.
Scizor: I would Suggest AV, maybe go...

-Knock-off (Transfer, but still 2 gud)/Pursuit

Pursuit applies some extra pressure while both Bug Bite and Aerial ace are good, U-Turn and Bullet punch are musts... You should see it, this thing has taken a STAB Fire type attack (Albeit from a Lampent) but still impressive, and lived long enough to kill w/ Pursuit.

More defensive at it's base, and knockoff+Fake out users with sash are screwed up by the Rocky helmet, Burns are okay on Slowbro, but Toxics will kill, so Lum/Pecha berry is also usable.
