Why do you have 3 megas? You can only mega evolve once per game.

I'm too tired to make a full answer rn but I might tomorrow.
You should decide your Mega Pokemon first.
Actually I don't think I'll be able to make a full answer but I still have some things to say:

-You have no special attacker. Swap Tyrantrum for one. Magnet Pull Magnezone could be a good option due to it's immunity to Tyranitar's sandstorm and its ability to forcibly remove an opposing Skarmory from existence.

-As I stated yesterday, you have 3 megas but you can only mega evolve once per game. I would keep Mega Scizor, seeing as Tyranitar and Garchomp are generally better than their mega evolved forms.

-Swap Scizor's Aerial Ace for Swords Dance, and do the same for Bisharp (except swap out Brick Break instead).

-Swap Tyranitar's Brick Break for Stealth Rock.

-Zygarde needs to go. I recommend Sand Rush Excadrill instead.
