I do a lot of smogon VGC double battles and I would like other peoples opinions for improvements.

A nice tanky mixed attacker gives nice coverage and sandstorm to take out and ruin rain teams rock slide gives aoe assurance gives better damage set up then crunch if i'm slower that's why I run quiet but also so I can out speed threats to it. Thunderbolt is so I can deal damage to waters that wall ye and to take out a gyrados that thinks it can 1 shot me. Ice beam is so it can take out amoongus or any dragon threats like specs salamence because nobody expects the mixed attacker T-tar.
Flygon (Salamence) @ Yache Berry

Intimidate allows me to weaken up the opposing team so I don't get ok'ed right away. Flamethrower I prefer because I don't want to risk missing a fire blast and losing the game because of accuracy. Rock slide gives my coverage and I can easily take out a talonflame and getting rid of that risk. protect helps me draw attention once i'm low so they pretty much waste there turn. A very nice set I think and the berry lets me survive most Ice beams.
Vroom Vroom (Rotom-Mow) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 84 Def / 76 SpA / 92 SpD / 4 Spe

The standout Pokemon on team preview and the only Pokemon on my team to not out speed Modest Hydreigon; Rotom-C provided a strong pivot. The set is pretty basic.
Fat Stacks (Venusaur) @ Venusaurite

This thing is literally the definition of a tank. It can easily gobble up most attacks and then react with either Sleep Powder or a Sludge Bomb / Giga Drain. It’s also a nice option to use whenever the opponent has a setup like Belly Drum Azumarill, Dragon Dance Gyarados, or Rain. The EV spread allows it to 3HKO all Rotom-W with Giga Drain and take a Life Orb Brave Bird from Talonflame.
Artorias (Lucario) @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 12 HP / 244 Atk / 252 Spe

Inner Focus is a great ability to have before mega evolving because without any Attack drops, regular Lucario can OHKO Mega Kangaskhan with Close Combat while not being affected by Fake Out. It also has a chance to OHKO specially defensive Rotoms . Protect shields myself from attacks when I mega evolve to gain the speed boost (and other stats) of Mega Lucario. Substitute is to shield myself from moves like Overheat while the attacking Pokemon takes a -2 drop in Special Attack and shields Lucario from status effects such as Burn, Sleep and Paralysis which make Lucario useless. Lastly I ran Flash Cannon over Bullet Punch because I wasn’t afraid of Scarf Gardevoir and Flash Cannon does more damage overall even with 0 Special Attack.
I realized I had 4 special attackers so I wanted peoples opinions on a substitute for rotom. Rotom pretty much does nothing if In have mega venasuar up. I would like something that helps me against the current meta Pokemon that goes well with my composition all changes are appreciated! also I would like pointers on my team thanks!
