You know what, I'm bored right now. So I'm gonna make a team and post it. Alright, so I want a tank to start. Conkeldurr sounds good.

Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Knock Off
- Fire Punch

You know what goes good with Conkeldurr? Alakazam. Those two work well together. So why not?

Alakazam @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Dazzling Gleam

And I'll need a mega. Fast and preferably physical, or a bulky special attacker. Hmm, specially bulky seems good. Mega Venusaur!

Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: ??? ---> Thick Fat
EVs: 252 SAtk / 128 HP / 64 Def /64 SDef
Calm Nature
- Giga Drain
- Synthesis
- Sludge Bomb
- Leech Seed

I still need a wall and a speedy physical attacker. Staraptor first, then Sylveon.

Staraptor @ Choice Band
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4Def
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Double-Edge
- Close Combat
- Quick Attack

Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 128 SDef/ 124 Def / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Heal Bell
- Wish
- Protect

Oh, silly me, I need a spinner and a scarfer! Excadrill is good.

Excadrill @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide

Well, there is my team, just completed.

''I'll need a Mega!''
Why does everybody assume they need a Mega.
Consider Ice Punch for Conkeldurr, it provides more coverage. Fire Punch may seem like a good idea for Skarmory and Ferrothorn, but tbh it isn't very effective against them.
Dazzling gleam is useless for Alakazam, its other moves cover Dark and Fighting better, replace it with Energy Ball.
I reccomend shifting running 128 for one of the Defenses, instead of splitting them between eachother for Venusaur.
Staraptor should be your Scarfer, its base 100 Speed means that it is outsped by many of the faster Pokemon, and its so frail it can't afford to take many hits.
Sylveon. Splitting EVs in half between Defenses is a simple mind-set, and isn't really good. I recommend running fully Special Defensive if you want a good wall, or Defensive based with some Special Defense EVs if you want a cleric.
As I already said, Staraptor is more suited as a Scarfer, and if you insist then don't run Rapid Spin. Getting trapped in to Rapid Spin is stupid. If you need Rapid Spin, then simply remove the CS and replace it with something like an Earth Plate or Air Balloon. You can even run a bulky Rapid Spinner set.

I am not a fan of Venusaur's EV spread, too much researched. Keep it simpler. If you need a hazard removal, I may suggest you Defog Scizor but you'll then need a water-type to switch into fire-type attacks. Maybe Rotom-Wash?
Excadrill has Rapid Spin.
Exactly, don't pair Rapid Spin and Choice Scarf.
As ~Crimson~ stated, pairing Scarf + Rapid Spin is not smart because the only move you wouldn't want to be locked in is Rapid Spin. A weak 20 base power with no STAB is not going to hurt anything. RS' use is to remove hazards and that only. So you should use balloon on Exca or change it.
Scarf Excadrill is one of the most common sets .-., also my favorite :P.

This team has a Scarf Exca with RS. Check the answer. I've used it, and it works. But yeah, I see what you mean.
