Dude ur talon's choice banded and ur using me first? Don't get it. Second of all there's no point adding defence capabilities to gengar since its mostly an all out attacker. Thirdly, I would recommend rocky helm garchomp since its a better defensive poke and also a better speedy killer. Fourth, don't bother using volt switch on manectric, a simple ground type poke like the often used landorus walls u and can destroy u easy, I would suggest hidden power ice.

Banded Me First allows Talon use Outrage from a Dragon-type that's locked to kill it since Talon is faster than most dragons you see in OU.
What Manectric shan't use is Protect, that's a waste. Secure mega-evolution doesn't matter as much as precious coverage. Volt Switch wins momentum and allows parting damage. But Manectric is not supposed to stay in front of Landorus anyway.
