Could you provide a list of things you have trouble fighting against? I think this team is solidly built, and I can't really improve it without hving something to improve on. Who do you find sweeps you most often? Who does 'x' Pokémon have trouble defeating? etc.

You could have Timid on your Gengar, so it has some extra speed? No? Well, it was just a suggestion XD
One more thing... your Gengar doesn't have third Evs. Well, i guess theres nothing else to put them in because he has a focus sash, am i right?

All of Fast Snail's points are valid. Timid is by far the best nature for Gengar. The extra 4 EVs are usually put in Speed.
