My friends VGC 2015 team (drafting)

Question

My friend has previous experience of VGC, and wants me to do the IVs and Nature stuff. The whole team is complete, but I do have honorable mentions that could be used. Also free for other pokemon recommendations. I will state some pokemon we thought of but weren't sure of at the bottom.

I would maybe suggest you remove Raichu. There's a couple of Pokemon that might do a little better :

Both Raichu and Talonflame seem to be holding life orb, which isn't allowed in VGC/Battle Spot Doubles. I suggest replacing Raichus item with focus sash.

Yeah. I can pair up talon and zoro for tailwind ultra-speed, mawile and verizon wireless for walling support, raichu is a speedy butt fart, and critdra is just annoying. STAB + Draco Meteor + Critical = Awesome.

I would switch talonflame with latias/ latios, they can both tailwind so you wouldn't lose the speed advantage, you need some more bulk and talonflame is an extemely 1 dimensional pokemon plus once they see talonflame on your team they will lead with the one counter they have on their team for example in vgc I use scarfed physical water shuriken greninja
