I'm kinda new at competitive team building (and pokemon in general tbh) so I don't know if this completely sucks or whatever, but yeah!

Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
252 HP / 172 Def / 84 Spe
Bold Nature
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Roost
- Stealth Rock
Skarmory works as my lead. The EVs, nature, and Roost work to give it a good lifespan, making sure it can set up Stealth Rocks and Spikes. Whirlwind works with Spikes/Stealth Rock. The Rocky Helmet also encourages a defensive role, damaging pokemon when they do attack.

Starmie @ Life Orb
Ability: Analytical
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Rapid Spin
Starmie acts offensively with this while also acting Rapid Spinning to get rid of entry hazards. Hydro Pump is a good STAB move, while Ice Beam and Thunderbolt can take care of other threats. EVs make it even more powerful while giving it more speed, while Analytic takes advantage of cases when it does not go first. Life Orb gives yet another power boost.

Volcarona @ Life Orb
Ability: Flame Body
252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Fire Blast
- Giga Drain
- Bug Buzz
Volcarona is mainly a special sweeper. Quiver Dance is an obvious choice, boosting special attack and defense. Fire Blast is a great offensive move, especially with Life Orb. Giga Drain can recover Life Orb damage, plus provides type coverage. Bug Buzz can provide coverage against walls.

Gallade @ Shell Bell
Ability: Steadfast
240 HP / 40 Atk / 216 SpD / 12 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Substitute
- Zen Headbutt
- Swords Dance
The Jolly nature and Steadfast are to help with speed. The EVs and Substitute are to help with longevity, in addition to the Shell Bell (especially since Gallade is entirely direct damage). Close Combat does a lot of damage and Zen Headbutt is a great STAB move. Swords Dance, and some of the EVs, boost Gallade's already high attack.

Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
252 HP / 220 Def / 36 SpD
Bold Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell
- Hyper Voice
Sylveon acts as a cleric. Wish and Heal Bell provide this support for the team. Protect is necessary for Wish and also helps recover with Leftovers. Hyper Voice boosted by Pixilate helps with the dangers of Taunt. EVs make sure Sylveon survives long enough to pass on Wish.

Cresselia @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Lunar Dance
- Moonblast
Cresselia's main goal is to set up Dual Screens. Speed EVs make Dual Screens easier and more quick to set up, while the rest are to ensure it can take a lot of hits. Moonblast is in case Taunt is used. Lunar Dance can be used as further support, especially to Gallade/Volcarona, my main offensive bulk, in the case of large amounts of damage taken.
