This team is really all over the place. Either you just don't know about tiers and clauses or you played before and are outdated. Either way I suggest that you check out Smogon to get a better grasp at the tiers and good Pokemon to use in the respective tiers.
I also want to point out that I will be reviewing this like it is a OU team as OU is the most popular tier and the one that is easiest to get into. If this is the wrong tier then you at least have tips for a OU team.
http://www.smogon.com/dex/xy/formats/ou/

To start this off, I want to point out that the only Pokemon that you have here that actually is in OU is your Clefable. Since Clefable is your only OU Pokemon, ill start this off with Clefable;

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic guard
Bold Nature
EVs: 252 HP/140 SDef/ 112 Def
-Minimize
-Stored power
-Cosmic power
-Moonblast

This set isn't necessarily bad but it has some things that need to be changed. Minimize, for example, is banned in OU. I suggest one of these two;

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
Bold Nature
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SDef
-Moonblast
-Heal Bell / Flamethrower
-Wish
-Protect

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
Bold Nature
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SDef
-Calm Mind
-Moonblast
-Moonlight / Wish
-Heal Bell / Protect / Flamethrower

These sets are slightly different. The first one is mainly for stalling out an opponent while the second one is a little more focused on making damage as well.

Lets continue with Rotom. The only Rotom for that actually is in OU is the Wash-form so I suggest that you use it. Seeing that you run Timid on your Rotom, ill post my favorite offensive Rotom-W set;

Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
-Volt Switch
-Trick
-Hidden Power [Ice]/Hidden Power [Fire]
-Hydro Pump

I use this set so very often. It is a great lead which also is a great scout with Volt Switch. It can also trick that scarf onto an opponent or out-speed opponents with it or deal damage with its coverage moves. HP Ice gives some nice coverage against dragons while HP Fire gives some nice coverage against Scizor and Ferrothorn. Hydro Pump is there for just being a very powerful STAB attack.

I'm really not sure why you have a Weezing but since you don't have a Stealth Rocks user, ill post my favorite Ferrothorn set;

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
Relaxed Nature
EVs: 252 Def / 128 SDef / 128 Atk
-Stealth Rock
-Leech Seed
-Gyro Ball
-Power Whip

Ferrothorn is a consistent setter of Stealth Rock because of its great bulk and ability to beat common entry hazard removers, such as Latios, Latias, and Excadrill. Because of its ability to take on common hazard removers, Ferrothorn is also one of the best defensive Stealth Rock setters. Leech Seed gives Ferrothorn a way recovering health and is a must on every Ferrothorn set, as it lacks reliable recovery. The damage Leech Seed does is also useful for chipping away at the opponent's health. Gyro Ball is Ferrothorn's primary choice for an attacking move, as it OHKOes Mega Gardevoir, and does significant damage to many fast Pokemon such as Latios, Latias, Landorus, and Fairy-types such as Clefable and Sylveon. Power Whip is generally preferred in the last slot so that Ferrothorn can deal with Substitute Mega Gyarados and hit Azumarill, Keldeo, Excadrill, and Hippowdon hard.

Milotic is your main special wall here. There are several better walls in OU such as Blissey and Heatran. Ill post a Heatran set here;

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 192 SDef / 68 Spd
Calm Nature
-Lava Plume
-Toxic
-Taunt
-Earth Power

Lava Plume is a basic STAB option with a useful burn chance to punish common switch-ins, especially physical attackers such as Azumarill and Landorus-T. Toxic is critical for Heatran to cripple bulky Water-types, wear down Keldeo, and actually handle Roost Latios, Mega Charizard X, and Talonflame; it also prevents Pokemon from setting up for free. Taunt is is crucial for Heatran to deal with Calm Mind Clefable and is incredibly useful against balanced and stall teams, allowing Heatran to wear down defensive Pokemon, such as Chansey, Mandibuzz, and Mega Venusaur, when combined with Toxic and defeat slower Heatran that lack Earth Power. The last spot is used for Earth Power as it is a good coverage move against Pokemon like Terrakion and other Heatrans.

Since the only good Eviolite user in OU is Chansey, I'm not going to use any Eviolite users. Instead, ill post a spinner which can get rid off entry hazards;

Excadrill @ Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
Careful Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic

Earthquake and Iron Head are Excadrill's STAB moves, and they provide decent coverage against Electric-, Steel-, and Fairy-types. Rapid Spin is used to remove entry hazards from Excadrill's side of the field to support its teammates. Toxic is a great move, as it allows Excadrill to cripple the bulky Ground-, Grass-, and Water-types that like to switch into it. Thanks to Mold Breaker, it is able to hit Mega Sableye through Magic Bounce.

Your team right now is mostly bulky so you'll need another Pokemon that is very fast and does hit hard. M-Banette might not be the best one for the job so ill post a set for my personal choice.

Metagross @ Metagrossite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Meteor Mash
- Zen Headbutt
- Bullet Punch / Grass Knot / Ice Punch
- Hammer Arm / Earthquake

Meteor Mash is Mega Metagross's main STAB move, sporting great power and hitting the Fairy-types Mega Metagross checks super effectively. Zen Headbutt is necessary to take on the Fighting- and Poison-types that Mega Metagross checks, while also scoring a crucial 2HKO against Rotom-W, which would otherwise wall Mega Metagross. The third slot is Metagross's most versatile, as it has many viable options to choose from. Bullet Punch is the most optimal move, as it has the most overall utility as it can be used to revenge kill faster threats. Grass Knot is also a viable option, as it hits Slowbro, Quagsire, and Hippowdon super effectively, and scores a 2HKO at worst against them. Finally, Ice Punch can be used in this slot for Gliscor, Garchomp, Landorus-T, Celebi and Tangrowth, all of which Meteor Mash fails to deal with adequately in many scenarios. In the last slot, Hammer Arm is given preference as it 2HKOes Ferrothorn and offensive Mega Scizor while also beating Skarmory that lack Counter one-on-one. However, Earthquake is a viable alternative if the Speed drop is unappealing and hitting Jirachi, Magnezone, Heatran, and opposing Metagross is necessary.

Lets make preview of the team so you can see it clearly how I think it should look like:

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
Bold Nature
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SDef
-Moonblast
-Heal Bell / Flamethrower
-Wish
-Protect

Ability: Levitate

Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 192 SDef / 68 Spd
Calm Nature

Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
Careful Nature

Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature

Good luck!
