Groudon

Swords Dance sounds fun, but you'd be better off with another offensive move like Rock Slide or Eruption in case Kangaskhan's Fake Out is out of commission. Or possibly Substitute to act as a damage barrier against Kyogre, or Precipice Blades. Why EQ over P-Blades?

Lilligant

The thing Lilligant is best at is Chlorophyll After You. What does that mean? It means that, when paired with Primal Groudon, suddenly said Groudon is spamming maximum-power Eruptions and potentially going 4-0 against an unprepared team. Imo ditch Petal Dance for After You.

Aegislash

Try switching to Curse Ferrothorn, who eats Kyogre for breakfast and still has room for Xerneas.

Kyurem

Please, use anything but Kyurem. Kyurem is terrible and I can see why you don't like it.  Perhaps Xerneas could work, forming the infamous Kang/Don/Xern core (Smeargle optional). You could also use Kyurem-W or Dialga to threaten Rayquaza.
Thank you for answer. What evs spread it's better for ferrothorn?
Groudon:
Because Eq have 100% and Precipice Blades have 85%.
Kyurem:
Ok I was trying xerneas and it's better

The new team looks much much better. Ferrothorn is a GREAT pokemon don't get me wrong, but if P-Don is the main (as it looks like the team kind of revolves around him) then why ferrothorn? Desolate land makes Ferrothorn's greatest threat even more dangerous. If you're looking for a P-Ogre counter, P-Don is a great answer to P-Ogre if you outplay and get the intense sun over the heavy rain, it's the exact same for P-Ogre as well. With that in mind, cresselia is a great option for your team. Skill swap is great for restoring primal sun and cresselia has decent bulk as well. I am not whatsoever suggesting you replace ferrothorn with cresselia, however you must consider the problem I presented earlier concerning ferrothorn's weakness getting a buff with P-Don. Other than that, great team!

Ferrothorn is there because it outright beats Kyogre any day of the week and uses Primordial Sea against it. There are so many ways for Kyogre to win the weather war with Groudon (Shadow Tag, Role Play, etc.) and Ferrothorn OHKOs with Power Whip after a Curse boost. Ferrothorn should only be brought against Kyogre and maybe Xerneas, an never until opposing Groudon are dealt with.
I suppose that is true concerning ferrothorn, but be sure to have efficient ways to cover him. I just know noticed your lacking protect and power whip, and those two moves are definitely needed on ferrothorn to do his job
