Giving Greninja choice specs seems to defeat the purpose of protean. Perhaps a Life orb or wise glasses would do better? Also, precipice blades on Groudon might be better replaced with Earthquake. Rock slide for smack down. That's my humble opinion, since you are protect heavy. I'm interested in knowing how your Xerneas does, as I am not experienced with him myself. I'd rate your team six out of ten. Decent balance, average execution.
