A lot of the Pokémon on your team have repeats of the same move, and Cradily is a bit on the fragile side. Grass/Rock? Whos idea was this?
Do you not have items for these?
Salamence: You should be aware that dragon dance doesn't power up dragon claw. Also, aerial ace is better than fly.
Cradily: Isn't giga drain better than ancient power? It heals you.
Blaziken: What's the point in having brick break and sky uppercut on the same Pokemon?
Why wouldn't Dragon Dance boost Dragon Claw? It boosts Attack and D-Claw is physical.
No. Dragon attacks were special until generation 4. Kids these days have no respect for history.

I can see that Cradily's main purpose is as an annoyer. However, his sp. attack isn't to bad, and Ancientpower is in the special category. You don't see a lot of special offensive rock-types anymore, so use it to your advantage. Sassy would be better for it. Also a better EV input wold be:
252 sp.defense
252 sp. attack
6 defense

Overall, I think it's a pretty good team, so go with it. :D

EDIT- sorry, this is a gem 3 team. Ignore what I said about ancient power being in the special category, but a better movies would be

giga drain/energy ball-STAB, heals when in danger
Rock polish-ups speed
Earthquake- need I say more?
Toxic-let's face it;no-one wants a bad poisoning to the face

good luck!

Ah, Gen 3. My favourite generation! This should be interesting.

Earthquake>Fly on Salamence to deal with Ice-types. Take out Dragon Dance, and put in Double Edge.
Swords Dance on Blaziken, and instead of Flamethrower, give it Overheat, or Fire Blast. Take Brick Break out, and put Rock Slide in.
On Gengar, take Giga Drain out, and put in Shadow Ball.
I'm not sure why you gave Ludicolo an ability that needs rain for it to work, when your team has no means of getting rain. I'd use Cloyster instead, with this standard set:

Cloyster @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 16 Def / 88 SpA / 148 SpD / 4 Spe
Bold Nature
- Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Surf
- Explosion

That's all, I think - good luck!

almost a year old, but as someone who plays the gen 3 meta, the sets you gave were horrible. Salamence is mean't to sweep. So why would you get rid of dragon dance? Why would replace giga drain for shadow ball? Do you not know shadow ball is a physical move in gen 3? Gengar would do horrible damage with Shadow ball.  Also Ludicolo can only learn abilities that are useful in the rain (that being swift swim and rain dish). Again, Im aware this post is almost a year old, but this post really bothered me after seeing the misinformation you were giving.
