Metagross is the most immediately powerful Pokemon in ADV OU. Choice Band Explosion OHKOes almost anything, even Skarmory has a chance to be cleanly knocked out.
Tyranitar's Sand Stream completely nullifies Leftovers, and paired with Skarmory's Spikes and the switches Skarm+Bliss and Toxic Blissey forces, opponents will be going down very quickly while Salamence and Metagross rip everything apart and Suicune and Tyranitar set up on their face. Although HP Bug is for Celebi, I'm considering using HP Grass to lure in Swampert, since I already have HP Bug on Metagross and HP Flying on Salamence.
Choice Band Salamence mustles through almost anything with its monstrous Hidden Power Flying, paired with Spikes and Sandstorm. Fire Blast is for Skarmory and Brick Break for Blissey and Tyranitar.
Suicune is both defensive utility and offensive power. Surf hits a lot of things, like Tyranitar, Swampert, and Skarmory, it can set up on a lot of mons too.
Skarmory forms half of SkarmBliss. It can lay Spikes, phaze, block Spikes, and is immune to both Sandstorm and Spikes.
Blissey is the other half of SkarmBliss. It is capable of switching into special moves like Fire Blast and Thunderbolt, and most importantly, Suicune's Surf.
