Pokémon Rate My Team

Okay so I'm aware these are all Smogon sets because I'm new and trying to get the hang of competitive play. I grew up playing pokemon for fun with friends so I understand how the game works. That being said, I'm confused on the mechanics of Destiny Bond because sometimes when I use it, the opposing pokemon doesn't faint when I do. I've had pretty good luck with this team on pokemon-online.eu but I was debating on switching out Yveltal for Darkrai because I've had a lot of trouble with Dark void/substitute sets. I think it would be a great addition to my team but I like that Yveltal has a fire type coverage move and priority in sucker punch. The only other pokemon on my team that knows a fire type attack is groudon but his speed is lacking so I like having yveltal as an option for ferrothorn, mega scizor, etc. Thoughts or suggestions?

this team needs work. primal kyogre already has crazy special attack, run it bold nature, with all evs in hp and defense. origin pulse and precipice blades have unreliable accuracy. give groudon earthquake, and kyogre scald. switch blizzard on kyogre out for thunder. what are you doing with thunder on xerneas? . moonblast, geomancy, hp ground, and focus blast are a good set. Power herb is chill keep that.
You might want to have your Xerneas hold a power herb instead of Life orb or it will get killed while setting up Geomancy.
You need items and abilities as well. Also I'm assuming this is Ubers.
Yes I have a power herb on xerneas I accidentally said power orb lol. Also I didn't mention the items for primal groudon, primal kyogre and mega gengar because their items are obvious lol red orb, blue orb and gengarite, respectively. And I didn't add their abilities bc all these pokemon have only one ability so I don't have much choice there.
You have to add the items and abilities anyway. It's for reading and importing purposes, and for anyone newer who doesn't know.
Most of the rmts arent importable anyway, ppl don't understand that the ones who rate wanna test it out and importable would just make their life easy
Thanks for the tips, I've updated my team and will be trying it out shortly. I added the items and abilities as well. I'm still a bit confused on the mechanics of destiny bond, if anyone could elaborate that would be great. Also, any suggestions on a darkrai set to replace my yveltal? I definitely want dark void and substitute but not sure on what coverage moves or possibly a stat boosting move if possible. I was thinking a timid nature with max speed evs to get dark void off on fast opponents. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
Destiny Bond works that it stays in effect until you use another move. If Gengar used Destiny Bond, it would work until Gengar used another move other than destiny bond.
Okay that makes sense thanks.
